1 starTHIS DEALERSHIP ENGAGES IN SHADY PRACTICES. BUYER BEWARE!I wish I could give them a 0 or negative 10.I found the vehicle online and verified that it was still available. I made an appointment for my husband and uncle to see the vehicle. I shared with the online salesperson ***** that I'm using my credit union for ************ husband and uncle traveled over an hour to see the vehicle. When it came time to buy and we said we needed a BILL.OF SALE for the credit union, we were told the dealership does not accept credit union checks. We were then told by ********* the Sales Manager that they don't accept outside financing but they are not a bank so they do accept outside financing. When that flimsy excuse wasn't accepted he flat out said that they could refuse to sell the car. They don't have to sell us the car ??.STAY AWAY from Al Piemonte ***** and probably all their other stores if you have your own financing because even if you have cash, they won't accept the deal.***** the salesman Christian the sales manager ***** internet sales person UPDATE - I received a call from ***** the salesperson to ask me why I "lit him up" online. He didn't call to apologize. He wanted to know why I lit him up when he was following company policy. He told me that it wasn't the Christian thing to do, told me to have a blessed day and hung up. ??AND ANOTHER ONE- ***** has called a total of 3 times. He's harassing me at this point. He didn't apologize. He berated me for posting the review. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior before. I will be filing an official complaint. 1 starThey deceptively put the price low to get people in their dealership. They say it's the pricing of if you do financing. We wanted to pay cash they were going to charge $7500 more. In the end we financed and they have been very non helpful on allowing us to get rid of the added charges like gap that they forced onto my contract and charged higher than they were supposed to. It took my wife and I going in for them to agree to pay the extra back that they charged, so we will see if they stick to their word. They had my truck with them for over a month in order to fix a massive leak in the differential which they deceptively said they fixed when I took it in prior 2 days after buying the truck and driving it home. Which in itself is unprofessional, as it should've been replaced in the first place. At first it was in limbo because they wanted to figure out who's going to pay for it to be done. Then when they finally figured out that they would pay for it, which at first I was called and told that the miles I had on it were too much to honor the 500 mile warranty which is law. Which the only reason it was higher is because they lied on the paperwork on what the miles were stating it was lower than what they even got the truck with when delivered to their dealership. I was mad and threatened a lawsuit and then got called by **** stating the other guy shouldn't have called me. They gave me a loaner the Friday before fixing my truck which was done the following Tuesday. So the whole time we were without a reliable vehicle, which is why we went to buy the truck in the first place. This place is a scummy as can be! I really wish Chevrolet would figure this out and either shut down this dealership or fire everyone and start over! My wife literally wants to get a stand and signs and sit in front of the dealership and warn every single person coming there to steer clear.Review fromSandra T

1 starThis dealership caused water damage in my car. I brought my equinox in on a Saturday morning. With sun roof issues to be repaired . I requested the keep my car indoors because due To rain coming or I could put it in my garage. They assured me it could stay in a bay until Monday when it could be repaired but the did not. They put it on the lot. That Saturday night we hade a major storm come in. Well my car suffered a lot of water damage. I hade to move my car to a different dealership to be repair from the water damage they caused. I could not trust them but since they did not get to do the work they would not cover damages they caused. I have pictures of the water damages and the bill from my cost and my insurance cost. I was received nothing but a hostile attitude Will never recommend anyone to this dealership again. Not one call from upper management. Requested the contact info for the owner. They would not give me that info. Very poor customer service after they caused the damage.Review fromFrank A

1 starMy husband and I got a mailer saying scratch and match the winning codes to see if you have won. Are codes matched for the 10k prize. We drove all the way to the dealership in hopes to collect our prize. Which turned into a really bad sells pitch. My husband stated he was just there for the prize that he won for the mailer. The employee went off to the back "looking for the board that had the winning numbers " in the fine details it says the numbers where displayed, they were not! after a while he came back And said those weren't the winning numbers and gave us scratch tickets. A 2$ scratch ticket....Where are these numbers displayed? The only prizes Even mentioned on there even in fine print is the prizes listed in the flyer. No mention of a scratch ticket. there is nothing in the fine print that says you'll receive a smaller prize not listed if your numbers don't match the supposed display board in this dealership. when my husband asked the salesman to elaborate how these mailers come to be, the guy openly said they target people with older vehicles through the *** for a sales pitch for their cars. So if you got a winning number and you also have older cars, that's on purpose! Pretty terrible to target people with older cars just trying to survive in this economy. Also, tried to take our mailer. Went back for the mailer, made us give back the scratch ticket. and then we ***** a half hour back home. An hour and gas wasted to get to this dealership for a terrible sales pitch and a $2 scratch ticket we didn't get bc I wanted to mailer which had our address. 1 starI purchased a new vehicle last year, April 2023 2 weeks ago I received a notice of violation on the vehicle that I traded in. I have contacted the store multiple times and left the general store manager 2 voicemails **** To no avail I am not very happy about this I do not like the government coming after me for something that should have been completed last year with my new purchase.Review fromRyan Z

1 starIf you are like me and have seen TONS of terrible reviews of this dealership, but you want to give them the benefit of the doubt because they have the vehicle you really want for seemingly the right price.....just DONT!! Save yourself the time and frustration. The most dishonest, disrespectful, and unprofessional establishment I've ever dealt with. Between trying to upcharge me $5,000 for paying cash instead of using their financing (on top of the $2000 fee for locking lug nuts and door guards), offering me $3,000 less for trade in than I was led to believe based on prior email correspondence and their online trade in tool powered by *******, and them selling the truck out from underneath me after driving 4 hours to test drive, they literally made a deal with someone else as we were negotiating how I was going to pay for the vehicle. This dealership is practicing the true definition of bait and switch, they fed me lie after lie throughout the whole process of my week long interaction with them. These people care about money and money only. If you want professionalism, transparency, and honesty.... avoid Al Piemonte Chevrolet entirely!Review fromGina R

1 starI've been getting the runaround since November when I bought a vehicle that I was told had a second ******** they're trying to hide behind some form that they did not give me a guarantee that they would give me the second key. 1 starI purchased a vehicle at this dealership and being a trusting person I trusted the sales manager. Which was my first error. He is a true used car salesman in the old sense of the term. One, the sales person agreed to 3 oil changes, part due to the car having no gas in the tank and one for just buying the car and overpaying for it. These the sales manager; on being into the dealership, stated they would issue closer to when i needed an oil change. This didn't happen. And at my first oil change I had to buy new tires because the dealership never check the alignment and it was way out of alignment. And then I did take a loan out. I thought it would be simple interest but it wasn't and after I paid it off and had problems getting a title they would not return my phone calls. My experience with this dealership has been a nightmare. The car is a good car but the experience of the purchase and getting a title just makes me want to sell the car and get a different one that doesn't have the memories of a dealership that doesn't care about they customers. They did have a receipt hidden in the paper work that said "nothing else owed or promised" But it was after this that the oil changes were verbally agreed to. So verbal agreements don't count in their eyes. I could go on for a long time on other things that happened on this sale but these were the major issues. My warning to anyone would be careful and take time to read everything and DO NOT trust them in the least. Boy wish i had read the reviews before going to the dealership would not have gone and form the number of complains it is obvious they don't care.*******************************
