    I took my son’s car there to get his speedometer fixed. I asked for an estimate and wasn’t given one. He said it needed new struts and an axle. I said I wanted an estimate. After doing the work, he sent me a bill. Then he said it needed more things and tacked those on as well. I got a bill for $1,500 and the speedometer is still not fixed.

    mis ***** and her son came to shop to look at speedometer. after taking scanner and a test drive. was told no signal coming from speed sensor. And the suspension front struts were bad. i worked up a estimated and screen shot to her. she call and said she did not want just trans fixed. i redid. and took off c/v joint oxygen sensor c/v axle front sway bar links. mis ***** called me all upset. i said no problem and took parts back off estimate and resent. that's not what she wanted. she wanted car fixed. i will bring vw beetle back in and ad parts back on. i gave her free labor for rewiring 14 pin transmission  plug no labor for c/v axle. she was told she needs speedo cluster.

    On 10/21/22, I sent ***** ****** a $1,000 deposit for a 1987 Red Corvette. The balance was $9,600. ***** sent me a paid invoice. See attachment. On 10/21/22 the same day, I mailed ***** a 9,600 cashier check. See attachment It was purchased at my bank, ** ****. See attachment. ***** received this check on 10/27 and deposited into his account on 10/27. The cashier check was cleared by ** **** the next day since it was prepaid. See attachment. After waiting several weeks I contacted ***** on 11/7 and requested my money be sent back since I had not heard from him. ***** said my check was a fake and he would get back with me when his bank says the money is in his account. I am attaching the copy of the deposited cashier check into ***** ******* Bank, I am attaching a copy of the sales receipt for the Corvette, I am attaching a copy of the cashier check that was sent to him, and I am attaching a copy of my checking account where it shows that the cashier check was paid in advance. I am requesting the $9,600 be sent back to me immediately via cashier check, money order or Paypal. My address is **** ** **** *********** ********* *****. Thank you. Also, I am a senior citizen and on disability and that is why I needed the car shipped. The price of the car was $10,000 and was shipping $600.

    i had to make sure casers check would clear in my account i tried to have him send me a bank wire. i am taking him the car this weekend 12/3/2022. have talked to ****** ***** i hope this puts things right. thanks ****
