I purchased the ******** Shoe Storage Bench from Wayfair in March 2022 and already it is no longer usable. When we first assembled it, despite all of the screws being fully tightened, the bench was wobbly. It was no big deal at the time as it was only being used by me and my husband for the purpose of sitting down to put on our shoes. I was quite disappointed to see that it started coming apart in a relatively short period of time and am reaching out to request a resolution. Obviously, I am very disappointed with this purchase as it is now unusable, but Convenience Concepts said there's nothing they can do because the damage was caused by me when it was not. The fact that it was wobbly compromised the bench's integrity.

I bought a TV stand for $157.65(Order Number:370234591)from Convenience Concepts in February 2022 that later broke and damaged my TV on Sunday, October 16. I contacted the company on Monday, October 17, and the representative told me to email proof of purchase and images of the damages. The manager was to review it and get back to me in 3-5 business days. After no reply within the given time frame, I followed up via phone. Again, I was told by the same representative (despite calling the general number) that the manager was to review it and get back to me in 3-5 business days. I called at least once a week and got the same response from the same representative. I asked for the managers contact information, but the representative was not allowed to share that. I called a final time on Friday, November 11, and mentioned I would report this situation to the BBB if they did not respond in 3-5 business days. The representative sent an email within 4 hours-the quickest follow-up theyve done. After a month of no updates or follow-**** the companys final response was the units back cam locks might not have fully tightened the units back cam locks. I am unsure if they actually tested the assembly and durability of the tv stand due to their lack of communication, and I would like some guidance on this situation.
