      Harassment...even when we are not behind, they are always calling and sending disconnect notices. We do not even receive a regular bill, just a notice!!!! This is incredibly stressful to customers, especially when there are children who need food and heat during the winter, phones to charge for emergency situations and everything else! A bill won't even be due yet, but they still threaten to disconnect! It's absurd to treat anyone in this manner!

      Absolutely zero accountability or customer service. Inflated pricing for lackluster service. Disabled veteran with medical aids that require power and nobody to contact. Disgusted. Zero stars.
