I ordered a passenger mirror for a ***** Ridgeline RTL. I received the part on order number *******. I have several issues with the part.1. When the mirror switch is in the right position and I put the transmission in reverse the right mirror goes down as it is supposed to. When I put the transmission in drive the right mirror does not come up. The next time I put the transmission in reverse the mirror goes down farther.2. When I open the driver door the passenger mirror tries to move but cant resulting in a clicking sound. This lasts about 3-4 seconds.3. The part you supplied does not have the light for turn signal.4. The paint color matches very well. However the painter did a bad job of masking. I can supply a picture.5. Purchased car parts on Feb 1 2024. One headlight and fog light support. They only sent the headlamp. Sent me two email with tracking information on each item but neither worked. Contacted company and they said it would be shipped in a day or two provided tracking number but never shipped second item. Also tracking number shows not valid. I ordered the front bumper for my ****** Altima 2016 on Nov 23, 2023, for $485.87, and the order number is *******. They took nearly 3+ weeks to send the bumper. It was the wrong bumper and it doesn't fit on my car. Since a week after ******, I have been sending emails and making phone calls. A hit or miss, I was able to talk to them two times and they wanted me to send pictures of labels. So, I sent pictures of labels, pictures of the shipping box, labels on the bumper, and bumper pictures in multiple iterations. I was asking them to ship the wrong bumper back to them and get my money back. It was very hard to communicate and very poor customer service response. So, finally, I am here with you guys to help me to get my money back from them. Here are more details of my order: NISSAN(DATSUN) ALTIMA SEDAN FRONT BUMPER COVER PRIMED (W/ SENSOR) OEM#******HS2H 2016-2018 PL#NI1000312. I was sent a damaged item in May 2023. I took pictures, I had the driver note the damage on the receipt and even have him in the unboxing photos. I contacted Painted Automotive to arrange either a return or refund immediately. Then the dance began. I explained the problem and was told to send photos. I sent the photos and then was ignored for weeks, finally they would ask for pictures once again as they didn't receive them and we would start all over ago. After weeks I told them I was going to file a claim with my cc company and they responded with "How can we help you" and once again pretended to have no knowledge of the situation. The credit company seemed familiar with the tactic by merchants trying to avoid liability. Painted automotive responded with a copy of the signed invoice which did not include the delivery drivers statement. I have attached all photos and the drivers statement proving damage to this report. This is an ongoing dispute which may end with a lawsuit if other avenues fail, and if possible, a suit for punitive damages since this seems to be a pattern of behavior.Initial Complaint

I ordered a fender on Painted Automotive Parts web site, and it took nearly a month to arrive, only to be delivered bent and unusable. Also, there is another defect - an unpainted dot. On 8/24/2023 I ordered a "GM ************* HHR FRONT BUMPER GRILLE(MESH)(SS MDL)(2.0L TURBO) OEM#******** 2008-2010 PL#GM1036132" because Painted Auto Body Parts website said the part was "In Stock". Today, 8/28/2023 I received the following information in an email from this company: "Thank you for your recent order #***** with Auto Body Parts. Unfortunately, the part you ordered is out of stock and must be cancelled." I just did a parts-search on the company's website and that part is still listed as "In Stock". Also, the order number provided in the cancellation email does not match the order number they originally assigned. I want them to deliver the part I ordered that they still claim to have "In Stock".Initial Complaint

I ordered a tail light on 6/24, their policy is 2-4 business days on non-painted parts, it has been two weeks, the order is still processing. There is another policy that states **** business days, but we're past that as well. There is no phone number or way to contact the business for a status, and the online chat is run by a bot that says it's connecting me to customer service, but nothing actually happens.
