1. Product unclaimed for 60 days will be considered abandoned. 2. Please present this form when claiming your device. 3. Device may be required to be initialized , i.e. all contents including photos, music, and other files may be permanently deleted. 4. Water Damaged Devices - upon receiving the device, we will clean and repair to the best of our ability. However, we CANNOT guarantee that it will be successful. 5. Warranty EXCLUDES any liquid, condensation, dust, physical and software damage. 6. We do not support returns or refunds on any repairs.
