4 starsNon-Stop Storage, Inc. isn't the same company anymore. I got this company from * ******** ****** *** ******* Brokers. Juan ***** was in contact with me along the way. He was trustable. He worked with me to tell me the process. Only a couple of boxes that I wrapped needed to be redone. Moving from Western Suburbs of IL to Lafayette, LA. Themovers were local and had to be handed off to an intersyate driver. Ibrahim **** picked up the load and was there with my load 2 days later. Juan and Ibrahim were both prompt and upfront about pricing and such. Both were kind and worked very hard. The boxes were delivered as received and uneventful. I was a little leary seeing old reviews, but they are making a lot of strides to make sure they get a good review. I also talked to Carlos ***** and all of them earned my trust. 1 starCost for move $4,932.58. Would give ZERO stars if allowed!! I hired Pan Transit *** Lines to move my belongings from ******* to ********** on May 2, 2023. I was assured by the Director of Operations that only one truck would have possession of my entire move. My belongings were picked up from Way 2 Go Moving **** on August 16th, Bill of Lading with Non-stop Moving **** delivered by NW *************** The 21 day minimum Delivery Due by Sept 6th, didn't arrive until Sept 13th. Every box was severely damaged, all of my furniture was damaged, every box had broken items, 7 very large boxes were not delivered, a family heirloom antique chair was not delivered, all of my business items I sell online are missing & not delivered, my family photos are missing & not delivered, artwork my deceased husband made is missing & not delivered, the mattress delivered is NOT mine. Had to file a police report due to the hole cutout and amount of blood on the mattress, looked like a crime scene. My Total damages amount to $9,561.71. The Claims website they gave me is a scam and unsecure website so I am not even able to file a claim. Four moving companies are involved and must have knowledge where my missing items are. Every box and item had my name, address, phone number and email address on a large white label in 3 locations. Shouldn't be too hard to find my belongings. Not one of these companies will return my phone calls, email or text messages. All 4 companies each have long histories of negative complaints. They shouldn't even be allowed to operate any longer. I have suffered business loss, pain and suffering for loss of my husband's and my family's irreplaceable ******************** and family photos, plus have a lot of items I have to repurchase, and I have no bed to sleep on. No amount of money can replace these items!! If I had known these companies would have been responsible to move and deliver my belongings I would have ran fast away and steared clear of all of them!!!Review fromKamlesh P

1 starDo not use this company to move your stuff. They are thieves! Lots of my stuff never came and after even filing a claim, they always were avoiding my phone calls and text messages. They overcharged us for the amount of things and never went through their list of items that were actually supposed to be put in the truck. They just took everything from the house and everything that wasnt mentioned on their list of items. They are frauds!Review fromLeslie W

Horrible company. If I could give zero stars, I would. Moving team at the destination location was inadequate and lacked the strength and stamina to fulfill their contracted obligation to reassemble furniture that was disassembled by the team at the origination location. Several pieces of furniture and items packed by their team were broken. The team on the destination side left without finishing the job and without asking us to review the inventory sheets where we were to identify broken/missing/damaged goods. Now the company has offered us $60 to settle upon us obtaining a notorized settlement form. The broker, Navistar, didn't properly disclose the terms of the optional property insurance. Having a broker just adds mud to the situation. Lack of accountability. Pay the extra for a reputable moving company who cares if their reputation. These two do not. They under bid making it seem like you are getting a great deal. We sought an attorney and our home owner's insurance is now involved.Non-Stop Moving & Storage

1 starYour company is the worst experience Ive ever had in my life!! Most everything was busted, cracked, bent, ripped or just plain broken.. loaded the truck until 1:30 am in the dark; no lights. They were just throwing my belongings in the truck as only two people showed up 6 hours late for a four man job? Upon destination arrival the driver was informed I would be there at noon. He was there at 9:30 chomping to get started. So, what does he do, starts dumping his truck in my front yard? He didnt give a rats a** about my possessions, his concern was getting his truck empty. He treated his locally hired help like animals. They worked their tails off and put up with his c*** all day in the heat. Then the driver paid them $75 ea. what a jackass! Your people were scammers all along the way. Maybe this is normal for this business but everyone I dealt with had a specific job to perform. I felt like a piece of trash from your whole company. This experience was the most stressful, deflating, painful, frustrating time Ive ever spent. This job ended up costing me nearly $15,000??? WTF after quoted $8637Review fromPrintess E

I use this company to move my items from my apartment in *********, and was in storage in ******** for a few months. I paid in total $7000 for this move to *******. In April 2023 I paid the balance upon delivery, the movers rushed my items off their truck because they had items to deliver to other homes. When I asked them to put my tv up on the brackets for the wall, they refused and said we dont do that. I was confused because when they moved my items from ********* they un-assembled my TVs and was told they upon delivery that they would assemble my TVs. They put my 70 ******* against the wall of the apartment with the screen facing the wall. I looked at the screen and didnt see any damages. I live alone, so the maintenance guy in the building came to my apartment to setup the bracket on the wall and put the 70 TV up. We both lifted it up and turn it around, and notice a little den at the top screen and outline of the middle. We powered it on and it was full of colors and a big black area where the den was. I immediately called/emailed the company and started a claim online with all the details. The value of my 70 SanSang is $579.99. I received a confirmation email that my claim was submitted on 5/9/2023. Today is 6/20/2023 and I havent got any email or call from this company. I reached out to their claims number, spoke with a guy that told me no one can help with my status of this claim, everything is done online. This is poor customer service! Imagine, your tv broken for 2 months and you cant watch tv nor entertain company. I need this settled ASAP. or I will contact a lawyer for small claims and settle this in court. My moving experience wasnt bad with this company except for my damage 70 TV and lack of communication/customer service.Non-Stop Moving & Storage

1 starI hired Navistar Movers to move us from **** to ************** who sub contracted Non-Stop Movers. We paid Navistar who fed me a bunch of lies about not using subcontractors delivery date, and not paying anything extra, then Non-Stop showed up and charged us an additional $7000, took our items to a storage unit in ******** which we knew nothing about, and finally delivered our belongings 2 weeks later. The whole process was horrible. I would call and leave messages, if I talked to a person they would give me random dates when it would be delivered. Also the truck broke down the day before my items were delivered. They broke a few items and I still have not received compensation and its been 8 months now. 1 starCan there be a "0" star? My experience was very similar to others! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! We hired 3 Brothers Moving and apparently they subcontracted the job to Non-stop Moving & Storage here in the ******* area. I was quoted and signed for one price after they reviewed everything we wanted to move and then had to leave for work. My 81 year old husband, who is unaware of the circumstances was asked to "sign here" on the dotted line, he thought to acknowledge they had loaded everything. But they had ripped up the quote I agreed to and created a new one adding on $****. I was furious! My husband and I flew to the new residence (**** miles away in *****) to be there when they arrived, but the furniture did not come! We were told it would be delivered on Wednesday PM or Thursday AM. We were planning to fly home on Sunday, but on Saturday since it still wasn't there yet, we had to pay additional fees to change our flights and extend our rental car. When the mover finally arrived on Sunday night at 6:30pm, he would not take a credit card or check!! He held our furniture hostage until we came up with the cash to pay him. He threatened to take it back to Chicagoland and I would have to pay double to have it shipped back and pay for storage as well!! This was a ridiculous expectation on a Sunday night! Especially since they had accepted a check and credit card for the first 2 payments! We finally agreed to ***** him the money and he began unloading the truck at 7:15pm. There were 4 items damaged and 1 item missing from the delivery. The mover named "***" acknowledged the damaged items, but said to call the company, said he had nothing to do with it. I have called the company numerous times, but never get a response or an answer. I tried calling *** and he hung up on me. The damaged items (4ft wine rack, end table, custom made coffee table and lamp shade) and missing bed frame equate to appx $1,200 (although the coffee table is irreplaceable) in total I am out $2,600!
