    I ordered a painted fender from them on 11/30/2023 for $273.02.I received the fender damaged on 12/11/2023 and immediately submitted a claim on thier website The next day I tried to call and a voicemail said to send an email to thier claims department which I did After several emails and a few phone calls they agreed to send me a return label to send them the fender back and receive a refund. Since that email they have not sent a label and have not responded to me at all

    I purchased a sideview mirror on december 29, 2023. I submitted all of the requested data that the company asked for so they could paint the mirror to match my car. The mirror was shipped in a timely manner, but I received a mirror that was painted the wrong color. The color code I gave them was for Lexus gray and I ended up getting a bluish colored mirror. I reached out to the company multiple times to no avail. It's been almost 2 months since I first placed my order and almost a month since I began contacting them and I have yet to hear anything from them regarding a solution. I complied with all of their requests, but they will not respond back to me after I submitted photos and the order number per their instructions.

    On 01/28/2024 I have ordered a front Aluminum bumper reinforcement bar for my car. I was charged $ ******, and this transaction appeared on my bank account on 01/30/2024. I was supposed to get an email from this business providing me with the tracking number of my shipment.After calling and emailing them several times they provided me with a ***** tracking No: ************ and when I checked it, was going to ********, **. I had to call again, and they again gave me the same tracking no. I have explained them it does not go to my address, and it is a wrong tracking No. the person I spoke with told me I have to solve this problem with *****. When I told him is not ***** problem, he called me insane! The tracking number for the shipment I was giving consists of 2 boxes and total weight of ***** LBS and I only ordered a part would never come close to this weight. The invoice for my order clearly has my address in ********** **. and they very much know they did Not send me my order. They have emailed me again with the same tracking No. I had to purchase this part from elsewhere and received it today. This business is intentionally scamming people knowingly not everybody will fight back to get his/her money.

    I ordered a painted left Fender for a restoration project. When it arrived it had internal damage. A dent and a paint chip. I contacted same day and sent out email with photos. Communication started around 1/21/24. I received an email offering a discount but I said no. I have heard back as of today's date 2/5/24. I have sent numerous follow *** with zero communication from them. I ordered a new fender, not a damaged one. Order # *******

    Panel was packaged horribly and came damaged. Reached out to them and they offered me a discount to order another one instead of sending a new. When you call they force you to email someone and then that person wont respond when you ask when you ask questions. I found out it looks like they did a claim for the shipping damage and theyre just keeping my money on both sides.

    Attempted to return after multiple attempts to contact company with no response stopped bank payment, this company made me pay half of the amount due even though they made the mistake upon silvery shipment.

    PLACED ORDER ON 11/24/2023 FOR A 2013 *** BUMPER FOR ******. ORDER NUMBER *******.     I visited 'Painted Auto Parts' online to purchase a fender for my vehicle, taking great care to provide accurate details such as vehicle type, model, VIN, body style, and color code. Given the substantial cost of the car part, I wanted to ensure that I placed the order correctly. Unfortunately, my previous experience with this business was less than satisfactory. Despite diligently inputting all the specifics of my vehicle into my order, the part they sent did not fit my car; it was designed for an entirely different model.Rather than expressing frustration, I chose to communicate my concerns kindly. Over the past months, I've sent multiple emails to the company, seeking resolution. My intention is not to seek a refund but rather to obtain the correct piece for my vehicle. I even offered to cover shipping costs to expedite the process. Regrettably, I have not received any response to my emails. Attempts to contact them by phone have been equally unsuccessful, leading to voicemail messages without the opportunity to speak to a representative.This ongoing issue has persisted for far too long, and I am reaching out for assistance. I trusted 'Painted Auto Parts' to deliver the correct part and to help resolve any issues, but their lack of response has left me without a solution. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in contacting this business to ensure a fair resolution, as they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls.

    I ordered a bumper, fender and hood painted from this company. It is very clear on the site that someone has to inspect the parts prior to signing for them. I was not even aware my order was shipped, I never received any update or tracking number otherwise I would have made sure to be home. The delivery man left the parts anyway, knowing no one was home. The box was heavily damaged which resulted in my hood being dented. This company is very elusive and hard to find contact info on, so I filed a claim on their website and I also sent in 2 separate emails and left 2 voicemails on the phone number on the slip. I just want my money back or a new hood as soon as possible. I have missed work due to not being able to drive my car without a hood. When I go on their website, it still shows my order as processing so they never even gave me a tracking number. The delivery person did ring the door bell and clearly no one came to the door so he should have never left the parts.I have included pictures of the box, bent hood and screenshots of my camera showing the boxes left.

    On Sept 28th I ordered a bumper listed as an 05-2010 ***** odyssey front bumper with out sensors order # ******* from painted parts( which apparently is thier online subsidiary for Chicago Auto painted parts.) The order cost me ****** with shipping. On Nov 9th the bumper was delivered, but I was out of town until the 14. I went to install it on the Nov 14 and immediately found that it wasn't going ro work. I attempted to contact the company via phone and it went straight to a pre recorded message. So I emailed them pics of the bumper and order numbers etc. They responded via email and told me I had to email the claims department, which I did with all the same information again. I did not hear from them until the 16th when they emailed asking what year my van was (which is an 06). Its now the 21st and I still have not heard from them. As stated thier listing shows this bumper fits an ***** and my van is an 06, so I ordered it. After I found that it did not fit I did research and found that this bumper only fits *****.
