Purchased two outdoor seating sets in 2022 and all 6 pieces are showing major rust especially at the various joints. The set included 2 chairs and a table. Pool robot quit working within the 2-year warranty period. It looks like they no longer accept emails and there is no phone number. Don't see any products listed on Amazon, so hopefully they are out of business instead of continuing to cheat people.Initial Complaint

We purchased the pool vacuum within the last year. It works amazing, for less than 50% of the time the company states. All of the sudden, it just stopped working. Powers on, won't move. I tried reaching out for assistance and it's virtually impossible to find contact for them. I went through troubleshooting videos and nothing worked. Very disappointing.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pool cleaner last summer from Ocean State ** that carried a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Less than 1 year and I went to use the cleaner and it's dead. Battery will not accept a charge. I could only find one email ( through *******)(I purchased at Ocean State **b Lot) I used the email I found and I did get a reply. I gave them everything they asked for including sales receipt that was dated less than a year from when I purchased the product. Their only solution which is not acceptable is to contact ******* for a refund.( I did not purchase here) **b lot is not responsible for refund. Their window is 31 days. According to Qomotop the item is sold out so they can't send me a replacement. What kind of warranty is that??? I either want a replacement pool cleaner or a refund from manufacturer. I do not think think this acceptable due to the fact that they offer 1 year warranty and I tried to contact them prior to warranty end date. I purchased a ingroud pool cleaner Model HJ1103J a little over a year ago. It has completely stopped working all of a sudden. I went on line and look up the company and pulled out the User manual to confirm how to contact them. I contacted them 2 weeks ago then did a follow up contact. I still have not heard back. On August 3rd I ordered a tent from Qomotop for $89.99 after seeing great reviews. My order number was #QT017326. On August 8th I received an email that my order was delivered, which I have never received. I believe this company is a scam because it is impossible to get in contact with anyone from their company. I have tried leaving comments on their website, Instagram, and *** sent multiple emails (on August 8th, 9th, and 12th). I filed a claim with fed ex (C-78032820) on August 12th- I never received the email that fed ex said I would, but I just called them for an update this morning and they said to reach out to the company that I purchased from for a refund. I have given up on reaching any customer support at that sham of a company. I filed a dispute with my bank on August 12th to hopefully get a refund, which they are still investigating. I would love some help reaching a resolution on this as I really cant afford to spend money on non existent items.Initial Complaint

I purchased an outdoor bench online from Qomotop. The purchase price, according to their online website and my order confirmation email stated the cost for this item is $199.99.I paid with a credit card. My credit card was charged $201.59.I have emailed the customer service department at ************************************ in order to get an answer as to why they are charging me more than the cost stated on my confirmation email. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING QOMOTOP!! My pool cleaner has a 2 year warranty and I have tried for weeks to get a response. They have no phone number and dont respond to emails. I spent $350 for a product that lasted 3 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
