    There was a purchase made to my account by ****************************************************** of southeastern **** ******* ****** ********* ***** that I never ordered and purchased. Track#********************************** on May 25th 2023 .I have already tried to reach out to them with no response back at all.This is a serious issue because anyone of their employees can access my bank account to make purchases without me even knowing.I consider this an online account theft by them which to me seems like they just don't care.I emailed them and an email was sent back from customer service that I will receive a reply on a fee days that was 2 weeks ago.

    I ordered from Goodwillfinds.com order #GW00050538 I have not recieved an item from that order. **************** has not returned ANY of my inquiries. This was a birthday gift. Also, customer service needs to check the website as someone has written the refund instructions in latin (actually). Order number:GW00050538 Placed: 12/26/22 VANS VANS 55 Years Anniversary Wallet

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In the future, please do not charge for items until they are shipped, that will avoid the customer getting charged for items not in inventory. If I had not brought this to the attention of the BBB, I would still be charged for items that never shipped

    I made a purchase on goodwillfinds.com about a month ago, I received no indication it ever shipped and have yet to receive it after all this time. I have tried contacting support on the website a couple times to no response. I was charged $200 directly to my card, I have since filed a credit dispute for not receiving my order to the company and as far as I am aware they have still not responded to even that filing.
