My compliant is about the service. I had my cam an ***** repaired here. It was an insurance claim. It took them over 30 days to repair it and when I picked it up, it still was properly repaired. There was a lot of water inside of the compartment in the front. There was a towel inside of that same compartment. My seat was removed from the rear. The License plate light was broken. They did not replace some of the covers in the front. The bike was extremely dirty. I left the bike there so they can repair it properly when I received back. It wasnt fixed properly. I had them come and pick it up because the right wheel was wobbling as I rode it. Tires still had mud on them. This bike only has 120 miles on it and it rides like I had it for 10 years. And they say its nothing wrong with it. I also, have a Canam spyder there. Its there because I busted tire and messed and damaged the rim. That I have insurance on. Been there for 30 days and I still havent received it back. I called them at least three times a week and they always have an excuse, way its not ready. Please help me get my bikes repaired. The riding season is almost over. These are two brand knew bikes that I was not able to enjoy this summerInitial Complaint

Took my bike to have service they gave me a date to drop off and I did so then I did not hear for them over the weekend. I called left a message a few times received the answer a week later after it being stored for two weeks outside then was told that I just get in line from the day. I drop it off then they said it would be due Tuesday, I called multiple times I didnt hear for them for a week called. I have all the missed calls calls voice messages for proof. They had my motorcycle for a month outside which caused damage to the bike because it is garage kept custom interior faded custom exhaust, faded, and stains on the bike from who knows what it wasnt properly stored and I told them I do not want my bike outdoors also called and told them I would pick up my bike just to leave it alone. They called me a week later that it was done. They had my bike for over a month poor poor communication , and my bike was damagedInitial Complaint

On 09/22/2023 I purchases a 2010 Can Am Spyder RT with approx. ****** miles on the odometer. I rode the motorcycle home and began to have problems shifting into 2nd gear, by Sunday 9/24 the motorcycle would not shift into any gear. I called *********** **** on Tuesday 9/26 to make him aware of the issue, he said he would schedule a pick up for repair. On the evening of 9/26 I added fluid to the empty clutch reservoir and got the motorcycle to shift into gear, but still had trouble shifting into 2nd gear. I was told to return the motorcycle to dealership on Saturday 9/30 for repair. The service repaired the issue with the clutch but not the problem with 2nd gear. I was initially told to ride the motorcycle home and they would schedule a pick up for service. Only after I stated the I did not fell comfortable riding the motorcycle and that I thought not being able to shift into 2nd gear while moving in traffic felt unsafe they kept the motorcycle for repairs. Needless to say, all I have heard from that day are excuses i.e. part are hard to source for motorcycle of that age, we are looking further into the issue, we will call you, the owner is looking for parts. They sold me a broken motorcycle and although it came with a limited warranty and I purchase an extended warranty and a lifetime powertrain warranty it is now October 17, 2023 and I have no ideas when they will deliver my repaired motorcycleInitial Complaint

bought a ****** back in 2019 paid ****** for tire and wheel protection. out riding some rough roads hit a pot hole and snapped all bolts off hub. pulley came off. thank god still alive. chrome on wheel is shot. there insurance wont cover anything. they sucker you into this and that and dont stand behind what.they sell for coverage. all they sell is b.sInitial Complaint

ON 03/31/2022 I *** ORDER A CAN-AM ***** RALLY 2022 I NEED IT TO PUT A DEPOSIT OF $500 IN ORDER FOR THEM TO *** ORDER IT ON THE FORM THAT I SIGN ON THE PAYMENR THEY ONLY HAD 2-3 4-6 OR 6-8 WAIT PERIOS BUT ON THE ***** THE MARKET WITH A PEN NO *** NOT REALLY SURE WHAT THAT MEANS THE WRITTEN CAN BE CONFUSIN SINCE THEY PUT IT WITH PEN THEY NOT MADE IT OFFICIAL ON THE FORM.AFTER WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH O CONTACT THE ***** MANAGER TO CANCEL MY ORDER SINCE I END UP BUYING AT ******* ENTERPRICES THE SAME MODEL SINCE THEY HAVE THEM IN STOCK. SPOKE TO ***** MANAGER AND WAS REALLY RUDE AND CLAIM I CANT HAVE MY MONEY BACK $500 IS ALOT OF MONEY AND I THINK I SHULD GET MY MONEY BACK SINCE THEY WHERE NOT CLEAR ON THE NO ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL.
