Car was towed to this location, first problem was the battery per the business, 2nd problem was an "engine problem" and sensors. Customer refused the sensor job because of the new engine. Took car to dealership and was told that the previous mechanic removed the spark plugs and didnt put them back and it was not an engine problem. this business should not be accredited due to misdiagnosis.

WOMAN HAD HER ***  TOWED AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF HER FATHER WHO IS A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF OURS. THE *** WOULD NOT START AND WE TOLD HER WE HAVE TO INSTALL A BATTERY TO START THE *** WHICH  WE DID BUT STILL NO START. WE THEN ADDED FUEL WHICH SHE WAS NOT CHARGED FOR IN CASE THAT WAS THE ISSUE. THE *** STILL DID NOT START AND THEN WE MOVED TO THE 2 FUEL SENOSRS WHICH WE OBTAINED FROM THE DEALER AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE BUT STILL NO START.THE FATHER CAME IN AND PAID FOR THE BATTERY WHICH WE LATER REMOVED AND GAVE A FULL REFUND TO THE FATHER.IN OUR DIAGNOSTICS WE REMOVED THE ***** PLUGS TO SEE IF WE COULD GET COMPRESSION ON ALL CYLINDERS BUT THERE WAS NO COMPRESSION.THE CUSTOMER REFUSED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING AND IT WA OUR RECOMMENDATION THAT SHE NEEDED A NEW ENGINE WHICH WE QUOTED..THE WOMAN WAS VERY NASTY AND HAD HER *** TOWED OUT AND WE DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO INSTALL 1 ***** PLUG BUT LEFT THE 2 FUEL SENSORS IN THE *** AT NO CHARGE. IN SUMMARY WE TRIED TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM 1 STEP AT A TIME AND JUST LIKE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL YOU HAVE TO TREAT THE  SYMPTOMS FIRST TO TRY TO FIND A SOLOUTION.SHE DIDNT PAY ANYTHING INCLUDING THE DIAGNOSTIC TIME(HOURS) WE SPENT ON HER ***.

I am rejecting this response because: car was towed to another mechanic and mechanic advised that the previous mechanic removed all parts from the car. This is unacceptable practices and should be reported as such. A customer experience should not be deemed as nasty but more so good customer service by **** should have been practiced. This company needs to make sure when they take things out they put it back how it was received.

    Sincerely,

THE *** WAS TOWED TO US DEAD WITH NO START AND LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF DIAGNOTICS TOTALLING OVER $300 WHICH WE DID NOT CHARGE FOR BECAUSE WE FELT BAD THAT WE COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT SAME DAY.

WE DID NOT MAKE THE *** WORSE WHEN IT LEFT,  AND TOWED OUT WE KEPT 2 FUEL SENSORS IN THE *** INSTALLED AT NO CHARGE AND THE ONLY THING THEY PAID FOR WAS THE BATTERY AND THAT WAS REMOVED AND CUSTOMER'S FATHER WAS GIVEN A FULL REFUND FOR THE BATTERY. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE CUSTOMER IS SO OBSESSIVE ABOUT THE ***** PLUG REMOVED WHILE TESTING THE ***. FOR AN ANALOGY IN MEDICINE IF A SURGEON REMOVES YOUR TONSILS OR APPENDIX, YOU DON'T ASK FOR THEM BACK AS A SOUVENIR.MANY TIMES DURING SURGERY THE DOCTOOR FINDS AN ADDITIONAL PROBLEM SUCH AS CANCER AS THE MAIN PROBLEM AND YOU DON'T ASK THE DOCTOR BACK FOR THE PARTS BACK.

IN ADDITION, I HAVE HEARD THE *** WAS TOWED TO ANOTHER MECHANIC BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD WHAT PROBLEM HE FOUND OR IF THE *** WAS EVEN REPAIRED? I AM SORRY IF THE CLIENT FELT WRONGED SOMEHOW BUT WE IN GOOD FAITH TRIED TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND ATTEMPTED REPAIR. ( AGAIN AT NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER.)
