Discovery and prompt repair of a defective water heater, that I was unaware of as well as advice on how he would handle a possible outside waterline leak once they determined that there was one.

No one wants to be in the situation we found ourselves in; we woke up in the morning to our basement flooded, with a burst hot water heater. American Vintage Home was amazing, coming quickly on-site to get our hot water heater repaired, and up and running again.***** and his team team was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind to us as they went through the process. They worked together really well with our restoration company to ensure that damage was being reversed to the basement while the hot water heater was being replaced. That kind of emergency situation is chaotic, but they were awesome throughout. Unfortunately, the hot water heater bursting made it clear that there were additional problems in the house that needed immediate repair; several valves (including the water main!) wouldn't shut off properly, which required a call to emergency services and late-evening work. ***** and his team helped us through the process, and we now have a much higher confidence in our house, as he's caught and expertly repaired those other problems .In addition to ***** and his team, we've worked with many other awesome and talented people at American Vintage Home, from ******, who helped us diagnose and repair an HVAC issue, to **** and *****, who helped us perform our whole-house plumbing inspections, inside and outside our house. We're happy to be members of their home service plan and are exceptionally impressed with their great team and great work.

*** came to inspect our plumbing today. He was friendly and very thorough checking the plumbing fixtures throughout the house. He was very helpful in explaining things that would need attention in the future.

Edit: Since the review they reached out and corrected bill in a fair way. I did not have to pay for the service that did not resolve the problem. The final bill is 1200.

I experienced poor service with American Vintage Home. Initially attracted by their No Surprise Pricing and a $99 unclog coupon, I ended up with unresolved issues and high costs. Their plumber couldn't unclog our downspout and suggested a $720 *************** which failed. They then recommended a $1,200 jetting service, only partially crediting the failed attempt. Despite claims of transparent pricing, their approach felt like upselling unnecessary services at prices 50% higher than local plumbers. Their solution progression seemed designed to increase sales rather than solve problems efficiently, contradicting their no-surprise promise. Total bill: $1,670. Disappointing experience; wouldnt recommend.

DID HEATING MAINTEANCE THIS WEEK AND STOPPED AIR ELEMENATOR FROM WORKING, AND ADVISED NEEDED TO REPLACE FOR $939.00. ANOTHER PLUMBER MADE SERVICE CALL AND ADVISED NOTHING WRONG!!!
