I took my car in to shop because my oil lite was flashing, on my 2002 ******* xg350L, the owner ** said he do Diganotis and let me know what was wrong, he kept my car for 2days on Sept 27, he called me that evening right before closing and told me car was ready took . I got a ride and went to pickup car. He said car was fixed. I paid him $1752, as soon I was trying car home I could feel car wasnt driving right, so immediately when I got home I called him so I could bring car back. He said sat was too busy bring back Monday. When I took it in that mon, he said tue, I took it back tue morning, he said come back abt 3 that aftnoon. I waited for him to look at car he said wait he had another car to complete, so when he came over to where he told me to wait he said wait look your radiator is leaking, mind you it wasnt leaking when I took it in originally. At that point my grandson said let go and I took to another shop. I just finished getting my repair from when I originally took it to three star auto, plus Im out of a lot more money.

On Last Tuesday I dropped my car to the Mechanic which I specifically told him that I would like him to do a Diagnostic on the car and tell me an estimate as to how much he would charge to fix my Car, he then waited and finally called me back 2 days later telling me that to Fix would cost ****, I then informed him that was a lot and before any work is done let me talk to my Grandmother about it and then we would be able to make a decision as to where the car would, Furthermore I spoke with my Grandmother which she then reassured that we would let ****** take a look at it first and then make a decision I immediately texted him and told him that I would like ******************* to look at it which then he first said $200 and then he said $100 I then immediately told him okay I would be there on Tuesday to get my car with the $100, he is now informing me that he refuses to release my Car back to me or my parents without any work being done on the Car, he is refusing to give me the car back which I am ready to give back to the lien holder since I am moving out of State I do not wish to take this any further as I would just like my car back from him so that I may rightfully return it back to the Lienholder
