  Being that Im a small business I try to do my best understanding if there are problems now and then when hiring someone. That being said, June 1st my dad hired and sent deposit to *************************************** *** owner came out, dug a hole. Since then more phone calls/ emails and no shows than I can remember by now and still not finished. Also hole needs to be dug deeper for stones and wall was not done properly so needs redone. Im not one to call out a local company but this has become ridiculous. Really getting tired of looking at it unfinished and will be going with a different company. I also need to get back the deposit and will probably have to go up to the business because they keep ignoring everything else. Extremely unprofessional

  This company is TERRIBLE! I totally agree with all of the reviews. They take your money and then ghost you. They spin so many lies as to why they can't complete your work. I have spoken with the co-owner who stated he was just an employee and didn't know what was going with our work order. After being called out on being an employee, he quickly went to another tale. I am having a terrible time trying to get my deposit back.Bottom line do not do business with this company!!!!

  Company ghosts after receiving money. No communication. I'm the third person since **** took over to leave a review and have a similar story about getting bumped on the schedule without informing customer. Money has been given and work/warrantee items not done. Quality was questioned from the start and nothing ever fixed. Hands down worst company I have EVER dealt with and working with contractors is my job. Zero reason to still be doing business. Front desk doesn't have schedule information to assist anyone on the phone. I've been bumped without communication 8 times since last October. 3 of which I took time off work to be there for. Zero calls before or after. Tools me showing up 4-5 times to the office to catch him during an office party to speak with him. Do Not give them business.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I chose to entrust my project to Creative Landscapes, LTD, on May 5, 2022. At that time, I was told the project would begin in November 2022. However, that time frame came and went without any communication. I contacted the company in April 2023, and spoke with a co-owner. At that time, he told me the project was set to begin May 23, 2023. That date came and went without any work on the project or any communication from Creative Landscapes **** In response, I called and spoke with the co-owner again. He assured me the project would begin June 19, 2023. That date came and went without any work on the project and without any communication. I again initiated a call, and the co-owner informed me that the job would begin July 10, 2023. Again, no one showed up to begin the work, and no communication. I received a call several days later to tell me that I was next, and the project would start on Monday, July 17, 2023. Nearly two weeks later, the co-owner texted me to say that the ******* would begin Wednesday or Thursday or the following week (26 or 27 July). No one ever showed up, and no one contacted me. I requested a refund of my deposit, and I'm still waiting for it. The other co-owner is now claiming they have 30 days to give me a refund. So this company will steal your money, do no work for over a year, and then claim "contract." I have the contract and see nothing about 30 days required before a refund is issued. Creative Landscapes *** is not a trustworthy business to give your money to--I would not recommend anyone choose them for their projects.

  Untrustworthy! Paid 50% upfront to get on the schedule in June 2022 for an August start. No contact from them, had to call to be told that they pushed to September. Called them in September for them to say it was pushed again to October. Decided to just cancel on September 25th. They said they would process a refund. After two weeks and no refund received, walked into the business to be told the check was in the mail. Waited another two weeks, nothing. Walked back in and now was told would have to wait until it had been 30 days for them to research where the refund was. After the 30 days still no refund. After going into the business two days in a row being told that the owner was there but not available but that he would call us, not call ever came, had to make an appointment to be able to actually get time with the owner. When that appointment came, owner was over 15 minutes late and said he just bought the business and that if he didn't buy it we would have never gotten our money back so we should pretty much be thankful that he's agreeing to refund ** our money. He said he would process the refund via EFT and we would have it in our account in 2 days. Its now over three days and nothing. Very dishonest company, do not suggest that you hire them. Being forced to provide a one star review when they deserve 0!
