    I bought a new stove from that store about the warranty. It states that they do not deliver down here. It does not state. They dont service down here so when my stove broke down, I called them. This was before a week before Thanksgiving. I havent heard from them since I called them back two days ago they stated to me that they dont know why they havent got back with me.Kleins brand source gave me complete care. complete. care stallions is the one thats supposed to service down here for some reason. I have a warranty and cant get my stove fixed And I feel that if you wanna sell me something at least fix it I have a $2000 stove thats not working warranty doesnt expire until 26

    Dear Representative:

    Our apologies for this delayed response.  Please note that we only received the second notice of this complaint on Friday December 20th in the late afternoon.  If you mailed the first one, we never received it. 

    We are familiar with Mrs.*******.  She purchased a gas range from us on September 24, 2021.  At that time,she was informed by her sales associate that she does reside outside of our service and delivery zone, as it states in the comments section on her original invoice that was given to her. I am attaching her original invoice for your information.

    Mrs. ******* did purchase a 5 year extended warranty from us, through a company called Centricity.  We've instructed Mrs. ******* to contact Centricity to have her range serviced. I'm not sure what the status is, for that is between her and Centricity. 

    We understand Mrs. ********* frustration and would be happy to help in any way that we can.  Should Centricity decide to replace her gas range, we can definitely help with the exchange, but we need to get proper approval and paperwork from Centricity before moving forward.  Please keep in mind that we would not be able to deliver the new range.  She would have to bring her old range into the store and pick up the new.  I hope this information has been helpful.
