I called Engel Brothers in mid-to late November to price a remote start system for my truck. They gave me the option between 2 systems, one which required an extra key fob to function and the other used the vehicle's existing keyfob. I requested the system which utilizes the vehicle's existing keyfob. When they told me the parts had arrived, I took my vehicle in to the dealership to have the system installed. I called to see if they had the vehicle ready for pickup and he informed me that after they had installed the system, they realized that it required an extra keyfob and that "was my only option". They charged me and I paid (regretably) and I ended up ordering the correct **** OEM system and installing myself. The Engel Brothers **** was over $400 parts and labor and I gained absolutely nothing from it. The correct system I ordered later to install myself was half the price and all OEM **** parts. I was lied to and after calling back and talking to the service manager, they will not do anything about it.Business response
