    Details:Skylight Re-Installation Paid in full Date: 6-20-2023 Issue:Following the recent installation of a new skylight by allroofs, subsequent rainfall resulted in leakage through the skylight, leading to damage on the interior walls. I made repeated attempts to contact allroofs, eventually leading to the dispatch of a representative to address and repair the leak. However, despite my efforts to communicate the evidence through photographs and other documentation, there has been no acknowledgment or response regarding their responsibility for rectifying the resulting damage.Over the course of a month, I have persistently reached out to them, yet I have not received any communication in return. This lack of responsiveness has left me feeling neglected and disappointed with the quality of the skylight installation performed by allroofs. Their customer service appears to be inconsistent, readily engaging when payment is required but demonstrating a lack of accountability when mistakes occur.Expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction, I am considering elevating the matter to higher management. Unfortunately, my attempts to connect with them via phone have been unsuccessful. With the hope of finding a resolution, I am sharing my predicament on this platform.
