Paid big money for a new roof. He promised to come back and put on correct gutter straps on 25 foot section of gutter. He left it with gutters spikes not drven in. After waiting 5 weeks when he finally answered my text he told me they did the best they could and I would have to hire a gutter installer. He could of fixed this with 5 gutter straps and an hour labor as he told me he was going to do. He also left an open hole at rafter in attic that is open to insects.

If I could show you pictures of what we did for this property. We totally raise the peak of the roof seven inches.. We tore apart the whole front of the house and put new rafters in because they were all broke. Did new software on the entire new part of the Reconstructive part Torah 4 layers of shingles and rerupt for $13000.The other estimate they had was thirteen thousand just to do the roof.. After the broken raftersection was Rebuilt, I did both for that price and I might have left a couple of pins sticking out an inch and I asked the homeowner. Please just attack them and him self. Because I was really busy and if that deserves up 3 star. I'm not sure what deserves a 5. Because I wont-wait enough for this client. Because it was another client's mother-in-law who expressed. She didn't have much money. So I bent over backwards for these people and did probably $15000 worth of work for free. And then I get this review done. Fortunately, some people you can please. And by the way, the person who left this review? I did not work for I work for his girlfriend. So he has already been to leave a review. I did not have a contract with him. But unfortunately, some people stick their nose in everybody's business.Review fromMark M

5 stars***** Kilker replaced our roof, skylights and vents after we had storm damage and leaks. His work was perfect and he explained the mistakes made by another roofer who had done it years before. We had another roofer bid the job prior to ***** and they were thousands of $$$$ higher. ***** saved us money and used the best materials. His crew was professional, on time and cleaned up everyday before leaving. I HIGHLY recommend him.
