We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. ****** concerns regarding the temporary activation of her vehicle's starter interruption device.

Per the terms and conditions outlined in the Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement, the starter interruption device is set to activate when an account becomes one day past due. Ms. ****** account was past due at the time of activation, and the device was engaged in accordance with the agreement.

Ms. ***** made a payment after business hours, and as per our standard procedures, the device was re-enabled on the next business day when the payment was processed. Our office hours and payment processing timelines have been clearly communicated, and as a valued customer of over two years, Ms. ***** is familiar with our repayment expectations and policies.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and encourage Ms. ***** to reach out to our customer service team for any further clarification or assistance. We remain committed to providing fair and transparent service to all our customers.

************** has left out several details, alluding to this being an issue caused by Superior Car Credit when in fact, it was ****************** Failure to provide accurate/proper maintenance/repairs.

On or about November 1st Superior Car Credit was notified by ************** that her vehicle was inoperable. The vehicle was brought into our dealership and forwarded to Elite Auto & Tire for diagnostics. It was found that ************** had hit a concrete brick with her vehicle and bent one of the front wheels.  ************** further admitted someone had assisted her with replacing all four wheels and tires. The wheel and tire setup that were put on the vehicle were 14, and not the recommended 15 minimum setup per the manufacturers recommended specifications. Therefore, the wheels were binding against the brake components rendering the vehicle inoperable.

************** was notified of the issue, and she was desperately seeking assistance to get her vehicle operational. In good faith,Superior Car Credit worked with Elite Auto & Tire to put a used wheel and two front tires on her vehicle. ************** was notified on November 14th that her vehicle was ready for pickup, although, she would need to immediately take it for a front wheel alignment. She was directed to take it to ******** Brothers in Freeport, IL.

On December 6th, 2022, ************** came into the dealership with a family member to show me pictures of her front tires. I asked if she had the front wheel alignment completed on her vehicle, and she indicated that we were going to take care of that for her.  I reminded her that it was her responsibility to complete the alignment. She was directed, by me, to get the wheel alignment completed and replace her front tires.  Again, this is not something that would be corrected under her Service Agreement and the repairs are her financial responsibility.  I received a call from ************** on 12/12/2022 asking when we would pick up her vehicle to repair it.  She stated that our Service Manager, *********************, had agreed to repair the vehicle at no cost to her.  After speaking with *********************,he indicated that she could have the vehicle brought to our dealership for another diagnosis and estimate for repairs.

Due to the excessive mileage that ************** has driven this vehicle without a front-end alignment, we are very concerned that she has now caused more damage to her front suspension.  We are willing to diagnose the vehicle at no cost to her and provide an estimate of repairs.  Superior Car Credit is under no obligation to absorb the cost of the repairs due to the customers negligence.

************** needs to take responsibility for her vehicle. She needs to set a service appointment then arrange and pay for her own tow if she wants our service department to evaluate the vehicle.

With what I have stated we respectfully deny her desired settlement of an exchange.
