I bought a right hand 2016 jeep wrangler 4 door. In September. 1st the check engine light was on. They said it was a heater coil which they fix got back not even a week check engine light came on drove it back up there and they said it was a injector and harmonic balancer and Idle pulley belt. Got it back 2 weeks later and check engine light came back on. Took it someplace locally to have them look at it and they said it was something to do with the Cadillac converter and when you turn the wheel to the right a little bit too hard to turn the belt that they just put on would make a terrible noise took it back in to a mechanic where I live and they checked everything over. They said it was an O2 sensor and the transmission was blown. I want to know. Is it their practice to sell vehicles without checking them out before they put them on their lot to sell them once they buy them from auction or get them traded in because if so, its a really **** poor way to do practice as a business and unacceptable in my book. Now I have to pay for a brand new transmission.

Date of transaction: purchased 2016 Jeep on 11/30/2022 was not delivered until late January 2023; committed to install a new transmission Transmission on Jeep was bad when they delivered it. I notified them right away via phone call. The jeep has not been driven since the first couple of days after delivery. They said it had a 6-month warranty and that they would fix it when a loaner jeep was available. I did not hear from them for 2 months. On March 31 they said they were still waiting for loaner. This excuse of waiting for a loaner continued via emails for several months right up until they stopped answering my emails and phone calls.I have attached all of the email documentation from March 13, 2022. As you will see according to their email responses, they know they need to fix the transmission.I made several frequent phone calls to get this resolved: August 21st, 22nd, 25th. 26th, and 28th. Each time I would ask to speak with **** and they would transfer me to his phone. I would leave a message every time and he would never respond. The last time I called them was on September 11,2023. I requested to speak with the owner, who wasnt available, so they wrote down my phone number for him to call me back which he never did. Also had issues with getting the jeep licensed as they did not get the title to our lenders in a timely manner (took approximately 3 months).Other jeep problems upon delivery that had not been addressed (more information in the attachment): Standard ignition ABS Wheel Speed Sensor; SWITCH, wiper; Reman Transmission; Fel-Pro Exhaust Pipe ****** Gasket; ******* kit; SEAL, Axle Drive Shaft; Air conditioning Compressor; Thermostat Housing; Rear Disc Brake; Exhaust pipe and Converter; Exhaust Manifold Gasket; MOOG Chassis Products Suspension Ball Joint.Considering all of the problems, time delays, etc., I would rather they refund my money, as they are obviously not going to fix it. If you can resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

In June I purchased a 2013 Jeep site unseen. I was told the jeep was in the shop getting some repairs it needed and that after the repairs were done they would be doing a full inspection of the vehicle before I picked it up. A few weeks later I picked the vehicle up and immediately started having issues. The several issues which included a bad battery, power steering fluid leaking , front drive shaft missing, odometer jumping around and several check engine lights on were immediately reported and I was told would all be repaired. Almost 3 weeks later they finally picked it up and brought a loaner to make repairs. The jeep was returned to my home and as soon as they pulled in the driveway you could see the power steering fluid pouring onto my driveway. I was told to take it to a local shop to get an estimate and they would pay for the repairs (once approved). I submitted the estimate and now are being told they are in the works of ordering parts to send to a local shop for repairs. I was told they have not contacted the shop to see if they would allow this type of transaction and made it known that this needs repaired ASAP as it is costing us $9 a day to fill the fluid. Today we realized the tye rods are bad on the ******** we have had it for 2 months and was not something I found during the initial timeframe I had to report it. However these issues with the tye rods along with everything else show me there was no proper inspection done on this jeep and the repair of the power steering leak us still ongoing with no sense of urgency by the company. I would also like to note that when I call and ask for a manager they always only connect me to the salesmen I originally delt with.
