    Purchased air conditioning system from this company ; paid ******** for a new system. It was installed in 11/20. First season of 2022 system not working. Called on several occasion and owner is ignoring my calls. Finally an office personnel answers and has crew come to house: still didnt fix the problem/ no air conditioning unit working. Is finally spoke with the owner by a fluke; I called and he answered back in February of 2023: told me that someone would be out on April 12, 2023 to address the issues. Well no one came and now I am out ******** and no air conditioning system. Please advise

    We installed a new air handler with a new condensing unit in November of 2021.  We returned to the home in the spring of 2022 to calibrate the ac unit and when we left it was working perfectly as designed.   The homeowner called in the summer and  advised that there was water pouring into the living room from the attic.  Upon arrival ************** no water leaking anywhere and a completely dry area around our equipment and no water on any walls.  When asked about this inconsistency the client had no comment.  We were called once again to the home in spring of 2023 for a no cooling service call.  Upon arrival technician observed that the power to the ac unit was turned off.   Once turned on, the ac worked perfectly as designed.   This client has not completed required cleanings in 2022, 2023 or 2024 which keep the warranty active.  Our visits have all been for no charge.

    I am rejecting this response because: I will be sending documents that validate our complaint(s) against this company. I have reached out to my bank for those statements. I am filing a complaint with ***** as well against the company and with Genevas Chamber of Commerce. I will be in touch soon.
