We started using Vanguard in May. The deep cleaning we opted for at the start made such a drastic improvement! The sales and management team are a pleasure to work with and our franchisee/cleaner does a wonderful job. Communication is prompt and clear. 5 starsVanguard answered all of my questions promptly during the proposal process and is very good at communication since contract award. They get back to me same day, they contact me ASAP when supplies need to be ordered asking for approval, and are reasonable with extra work costs. Pawel is great at cleaning and managing our contract requirements. Highly recommend.
