    DuPage CDJR is a money hungry, lying, and rude pit. I recently purchased a new car with them and was told to get the rebates, which they would recommend, that I would need to take a loan with them. I had asked if there would be a penalty or any additional money owed at the time of payoff, if before the first due date, I was explicitly told no by an ******* in finance. We signed the paperwork. Now the bank is charging me interest from the time the loan was created until the first payment. I do not blame the bank. **** did me dirty and ethically I cannot let that happen. In addition Ive been waiting almost a week to hear from one of the owners as my new car has been having issues and the service department cant see me until the middle of January nor can they give me a loaner vehicle. I just spent almost ****** on a new car and the dealership cant seem to get their heads out of their ***** and actually help their customers. I am so glad that I was able to help put meals on tables and to help management pay bills but when it comes to helping me, now Im a no body and they dont care about me. I will never in my life purchase from this dealership ever again.

    This is my very first BBB review as I have never felt so scammed in my life!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE from this dealer. They will rip you off and not hold accountability for their or their salesmans actions!! My husband went in there about 7 weeks ago. (Mind you we were going to wait until next year when the vehicle was paid off) trade it in and take cash out from the trade to purchase a vehicle for my 15 year old son. Well, dupage dodge ONLY talked my husband into trading his truck because the deal was supposed to be $5k down and $7k cash back. We owed $8k on the truck. So essentially they told him they would give him 20k for his truck!! Numbers add up!! $20k for the truck, $8k to pay loan off, $5k to put down on new vehicle, and $7k check handed over to us in which we were going to put aside for our sons car next year. My husband made it quite clear he was only going to trade the truck in now if they are cutting a check to us for $7k. Well, here comes finance, had all papers drawn up, and they rushed through every single piece of paper because they wanted to close and finance didnt happen until 10:30pm. The only accountability I am taking is, that my husband did not read the papers. He trusted dupage dodge, he trusted his salesman, he trusted the ** and he trusted the finance guy as we have purchased through them previously! Papers were signed, and they said check will be ready in 2-3 weeks for pick up because they had to wait for Chrysler capital loan to be paid first. That time goes by and we are told your check is locked up in the safe and nobody has the key except one person who is on vacation. Next visit, nobody is available to speak too! Finally corned them for them to tell us there is no check. They bought our truck for $14k.not the $20k!! HORRIBLE! I am blasting this all over social media and contacting a lawyer!! This business needs to be shut down and all management fired!!

    I purchased a 2017 Jeep from Dupage Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep (Dupage Jeep) on April 29, 2024 and was overcharged in the amount of $2,439. The overpayment to Dupage Jeep is $2,439 as set forth below.$2,000 Purchase Price $140 Additional Sales Taxes $299 Fee-Nitro Fill (Not Approved by me)$2,439 Total Overcharged I recently reviewed the Sale Documents and noticed the Sale Price was listed as $19,612. This is $2,000 over the Negotiated Price of $17,612. I negotiated the Sale Price with the Salesman for at least two hours. At least three times during the negotiating the Salesman would go to his manager and come back with a lower price approved by his manager. Each time I said No, until we came to a Negotiated Price of $17,612. The Salesman sent the Purchase Price of $17,612 to the Finance Manager, ********************* to prepare Closing Documents. A I am sorry to say I signed and initialed the Sale Documents without review. At no time did the Finance Manager point out to me the Sale Price as $19,612. I trusted the Finance Manager to prepare the Sale Documents with the Negotiated Price of $17,612. The Finance Manager had all the information to complete the Sale Documents and the Salesman was in the building and available for questions. The Finance Manager didnt ask me to review any numbers on the Purchase Agreement to ensure the documents were prepared correctly. The Closing Process went like this: Sign Here, Sign Here, Sign Here. Please sent me the Overcharged amount of $2,439.July 15, 2024 Letter sent to **************** July 20, 2024 Letter sent to ****************, ********************, ********************. No one from Dupage Jeep has contacted me to talk about these issues.********************************* *********************************** ************ CC: Dupage ******************************, Salesman ********************, Owner ********************, Owner *********************, Finance Manager CC: Illinois Attorney General Consumer Protection

    I dont normally write reviews. But I cannot let this go without mentioning the impeccable service that I have been receiving from DuPage RAM ever since I purchased my 2019 RAM **** Truck over 4 years ago. On December 7th I was involved in a front end collision with my truck. The first person I thought of that I knew would direct me to the right place was ******************* at ***** RAM in ****************. She absolutely cares about the customer and treats you the way she would like to be treated. She sent me to ******************* in ********** and hooked me up with the owner ****. My truck was back in my possession not only in a timely manner but better than it was before the crash! Thank you ******************* for your professionalism, experience and most of all your kindness. *******************
