    Contracted with this company in October 2022 to have my roof replaced. Received insurance money and paid them. Weather got too cold and job was put off to spring of 2023. Received communication at that time stating work would be delayed further due to illness of owner. I believe received another communication with a projected timeframe for the job and that time came and went with no further communication. Next communication was from company attorney stating company was going out of business. Did get a message in November 2023 that the work would be done just don't know when. Have not heard anything since, and roof never got replaced. I have even reached out to the attorney again without any response. We are out a decent amount of money and now going to have to pay someone else to do it

    I would like to know what is going on about my insurance money that was paid for them to do *******. This has been since last year. I paid them $10,000 and they have not done the roof. ***********#**;******** reached out to me and stated that he was sorry that he they had not gotten my refund to me and that was two months ago. I received a call from the business&#**;s lawyer and he stated that the business was closed. I would like me refund in the amount of $10,000.00

    We hired Iron Roofing in Fall 2022 to install a new roof on my home. It got too cold to install the new roof in 2022. They were scheduled to have the job done by end of July or August 2023. The owner had a health issue and is now going out of business. They did not refund my money I paid in the Fall 2022 yet.

    In August of 2022 we received a quote for hail damage to our roof and partial siding. We approved the quote and gave the company our check from insurance, which was their policy for money up front. In October/November of 2022 they came out and replaced the shingles on our roof. They sent an e-mail April of 2023 stating due to owner having some medical issues so they were functioning at a significantly slower rate. We have not heard anything else from this company since then with the exception of the below mentioned. We have tried reaching out via phone, e-mail, and website and they do not return any of those things. Most of the time, the voicemail it sends you to is full and you can't leave a message. One time in June, they did reach out after a voicemail and an email. They stated that they had us on the schedule for the siding in August. They could not tell us an exact date and could not tell us exactly what they were coming to do. They said they would call us back with that information but they have not. We not only paid them to do the siding that we approved that hasn't been completed but they did not complete the roof job to our satisfaction but never contacted us after to inspect the work. I understand that things happen but we need some sort of communication with resolve. We need to have our siding replaced and can't do so with another company because they have that money.
