I would like to know what is going on about my insurance money that was paid for them to do *******. This has been since last year. I paid them $10,000 and they have not done the roof. ***********#**;******** reached out to me and stated that he was sorry that he they had not gotten my refund to me and that was two months ago. I received a call from the business**;s lawyer and he stated that the business was closed. I would like me refund in the amount of $10,000.00Initial Complaint

We hired Iron Roofing in Fall 2022 to install a new roof on my home. It got too cold to install the new roof in 2022. They were scheduled to have the job done by end of July or August 2023. The owner had a health issue and is now going out of business. They did not refund my money I paid in the Fall 2022 yet.Initial Complaint

In August of 2022 we received a quote for hail damage to our roof and partial siding. We approved the quote and gave the company our check from insurance, which was their policy for money up front. In October/November of 2022 they came out and replaced the shingles on our roof. They sent an e-mail April of 2023 stating due to owner having some medical issues so they were functioning at a significantly slower rate. We have not heard anything else from this company since then with the exception of the below mentioned. We have tried reaching out via phone, e-mail, and website and they do not return any of those things. Most of the time, the voicemail it sends you to is full and you can't leave a message. One time in June, they did reach out after a voicemail and an email. They stated that they had us on the schedule for the siding in August. They could not tell us an exact date and could not tell us exactly what they were coming to do. They said they would call us back with that information but they have not. We not only paid them to do the siding that we approved that hasn't been completed but they did not complete the roof job to our satisfaction but never contacted us after to inspect the work. I understand that things happen but we need some sort of communication with resolve. We need to have our siding replaced and can't do so with another company because they have that money.Initial Complaint

I hired Power Exteriors to remove and replace my soffits and fascia on my home, contract was signed and the remaining $1,400 cashiers check was ready to be picked up. Power failed to tarp the work zone which resulted in damage to my composit decking. The owner started he wasn't interested in seeing the damage. I emailed videos and photos of the damage, debris scattered about to the ********* and *****************. ************************* ordered his crew to take my existing soffit, the new material I paid for and the crew left. My home is now left vulnerable to the elements and animals and I do have a 5 year old daughter. Power refuses to do the work and were never asked by me or ******************* to leave our property. I ordered everyone working to get off the ladders, stop working once I saw the damage to my composit decking and told the crew that I was calling *******, the owner. ******* lied to me over the phone. I want my composit decking replaced. Power is breaking FTC code by leaving their own reviews.Business response
