    Around Nov, 10 2024 Myfreecams restricted my account by claiming I had violated the "Rules and Guidelines" in their wiki citing "Racist and/or incendiary" statements made by me in the Lounge ********************************************************************* violation. There have been multiple complaints made by me to the site and messages sent by me to contact them requesting any clarification which they are unwilling or unable to provide. This is clearly not because they don't have records of it. They keep archives of every statement typed into chat which is freely available for members to view. I contacted the site's admin using the link given on the "error" message that appeared when I attempted to log into my account. It was only then that I found that my account had been restricted and that I couldn't use it until at least Nov, 22nd. Then, when Nov, 22 came, I requested the account be reinstated as they said it would be. The reply I received was that in order for them to review my account status, I had to agree to the "Rules and Guidelines" which is required to open the account to begin with, and had already been done to open the account. Since, I had made multiple requests for the statements they termed to be "Racist and/or incendiary", I requested again that they send me the statements which they were unwilling or unable to do. I have not even received an explanation for their refusal.The only contact I received from Myfreecams was two short messages, neither clarifying what statement was interpreted by them to be in violation or why. The closest they came was sending a link to their policy and leaving it to me to guess what statement they were referring ***** account is funded. I payed money regularly and it is required to do so to obtain tokens and use some services provided from the website. The Lounge ***** requires ************************************************************ view it which can only be done by purchasing tokens.

    I understand that this happened over 12 months ago, I just never thought to use BBB as an option to hopefully resolve this as it has still not been resolved. On December 2, 2022 I entered a TruePrivate session with the model/broadcaster under the username miss_emiko. Before we started I discussed what I was looking for and she agreed. However, she did not do what we agreed on before the private show. Instead she just wasted time. She also lied to me and misled me. I thought it was just a slow progressing show (which is why I didn't end it immediately), and when I asked about doing what was agreed she said only if we did something else that I wasn't interested in. She also demanded extra tokens to do what we agreed on, something she never informed me about before we started. I contacted MyFreeCams (MFC) support after this through their online request form but did not receive a response. I then tried emailing them and did not receive any reply. I attempted to email them yet again on December 13, 2022, more than a week after the incident occurred, and finally received a reply from MFC support with the following response:"We have reviewed your account and unfortunately we are unable to credit any tokens for this session."They did not give any sort of reasoning or explanation for this response, and they made it appear that they assumed I was referring to a technical issue, which obviously I was not. I have reached out to them numerous other times about this and have received absolutely no response. Interestingly, I have contacted them about other questions which they had no problem responding to. I then attempt to bring up this issue and they never answer. They are completely avoiding me in attempt to keep the tokens. They refuse to acknowledge that I was scammed. I demand to have every single token used from this private session, as well as any other tips I sent to this model on that day.

    There were charge backs on my account with this company back in 2018-2019 and I want to make it right by paying back what I owe to the company. There only system is via email which I reached out to them manu times but I'm assuming they won't respond to me because I'm guessing they don't want to do business with me because of the charge backs.
