    ***** at the Drain guys in ******** was hired to rod my kitchen drain line. He said it was very clogged and then opened up the main drain line. The drain cap he put back on was slightly damaged and he said he didn't have another and would bring a new one by the next day. I thought he should have gone and got a new one that day. Well sure enough the cap didn't hold and flooded my basement with an inch of sewer water. I now have $10,000 in damage that I had to make a claim with my insurance for. ***** said he would come back to finish the job 3 different times but never showed up for the appointments. Now I can't get a hold of him at all. I paid him $450 to clean my drain that never was finished This was just 1 month ago when the damaged occurred

    **** hired us to rod his kitchen drain line due to a severe clogged. We scoped and cleaned his drain line. The Customer had installed a test cap on cleaned prior to ** doing the job. This cap was previously duck taped by customer. Conversation with customer was had about replacing the cap the next time we were to complete another job. Customer was in agreement. The next morning customer called to report cap had failed over night and had water in his basement. We returned the next morning with the proper cap and installed for free and agreed to do the next job at no charge.  Customer was advised we are insured and declined our information. It was an unfortunate event but we tried to make right.  The next job was not completed do to scheduling conflict.
