Every month this company finds a way to fine ** and add thing to our monthly HOA. They do not answer their phone calls, nor do they help with any problems. There is a pipe in the common walls of the apartment that makes noise which they refuse to repair. Keep adding monthly charges and not fixing common issues, door **** doesn't work, elevator is shaking and certificate is outdated. The whole condo is a hazard and the state needs to come investigate
