    I just called the consumer and left a message of out business hours. We are closed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. Our hours of operation are Noon-5pm Tuesday, Thursday, Fridays, and Saturdays. He can come in at anytime on those days and we will help him with his last payment and get his title. Is his title is in Springfield, then we can take his final payment and request for it to be sent to his home.

    I looked through our files and we don't see him as a customer of ours.  We don't get titles here.  I did try to call ******************** and left a message but haven't heard from him.

    I gave this man $745 for the car and the state gave him $1000.00 on my behalf. The car was $3000.00 so that left me owing $1255.00. I did all of this 06/22/2023 I have been waiting for the title for 30 days. I went to the business today to get my money back and he stated that I had an attitude but I did not have an attitude I just want my money back. I would like to receive a refund in the amount of $1745.00.

    We refunded the $745.00 to the customer.    We never did receive anything from the state in the amount of $1000.00 So, we can not refund customer anything we did not receive.
