    oct 3, 2024 when incident occur so what happen was i was assigned yaffo towing coming when my car broke down they came to pick my vehicle up the guy name was ***** who did the services so everything was good he got it jumped with jumping cables than proceded to put my car on his truck and told us he will meet us at home so we made it home we was 20 min away from my house so when i piulled up the tow guy pulled up 5 min after us so when he pulled up i notice my front suspension was low as i ever seen it so when he drove my car off the tow truck since my car was so low in da front he pulled my bumper off a lil and jus left my car in the middle of the street and when i told him to put it in the driveway for me he got mad cause my sibling told him if he messed up jus say that so he got mad told us call the company and drove off speeding saying it aint his problem so he left we called the company to inform them what he did so he ended up coming bk to give me a jump so i can get it out the middle of the street where he left it so he gave me a jump and i backed it up to my driveway cause he said he wasnt gone do it and after that he jus left so i put in a complaint about it with proof video of the day where he left it and pictures and they told me there not reliable cause the pictures i took in the strret dont match up with the picture he took of me putting it in my driveway myself i needed the service cause my battery was dead as life and i was misfireing in two of my cylinders now my car cant move cause my suspension to low and im jus at a dead situation

    As I informed you, the photos you sent to me show the vehicle different from where our driver dropped it off. 
    Unfortunately we cannot be liable for the damage on the vehicle, due to the fact that our drop off photos show it was not in the same location you are showing in your photos.

    A ***** had his car towed to my house by yaffo towing when the driver brought it, he let it roll off the truck into the front of my garage, which damaged it. The driver immediately jumped out of the car and said dont call the cops I dont have a license and then back in the tow truck and drove off I contacted the tow company claims department and they have been dragging there feet this happened on June 21 and it is November 11 ************************************************************** the claims department will no longer respond to my emails

    There was a broken down vehicle on my drive way that was not mine. The tow truck driver decided to drive through the side of my driveway and left a rut in my yard. I spoke to the manager who stated they would fix my yard but I have not received a call back and can&#**;t get ahold of the manager. They are unwilling to fix the damage to my property. I have gotten bids for $3200 to have my property repaired.
