    Date of Transaction: 5/5/2022 Amount paid: $39875.00 Purpose of the payment: Deposit of Mill Machine - the deposit amount is half of the full price $79750.What happened: *********** mentioned lead time 12 weeks. After the deposit was paid in May 2022, there was no feedback for a while. I check back in August, 2022, they said it will be ready in Oct 2022. When I check with them on Oct 2022, it is still not ready. I ask them to cancel the order, they said they cannot cancel, and they can ship me part of the machine. Since the largely delay, and it is not possible to use part of the machine, I called and emailed to ask them to cancel the order. They said order can be cancel but no refund.What result I'm looking for: Get refund of the deposit.
