    Company guaranteed prompt delivery. As soon as I paid the company became verbally abusive.

    My company contracted *************** (TCI Logistics) on 6/01/2024 to Move a 2022 **************** via Central Dispatch from ***********, ** to ***********, *******. The vehicle was picked up on 6/1/24 and delivered on 6/4/24. When it arrived it had a badly cracked and damaged windshield. The driver accepted responsibility and we have well documented bill of ladings from the time of pickup and drop off. The company is refusing to pay for the replacement of the windshield and will not provide their cargo insurance. Central Dispatch also does not have a current cargo insurance and suspects *************** does not currently have active cargo insurance. Again, we have all documentation, photos and text message screen shots of *************** management/ownership accepting responsibility.

    I hired TCI logistics to transport three of my vehicles. 1st issue was that they did not show up the day they had promised, which is fine with me, I understand things happen. The real issue is that when they did show up, they damaged one of my vehicles while loading onto their trailer. I physically watched as they were loading my car, and they scraped the bottom of the bumper on their ramps, which caused the bottom splitter to crack. When I contacted ***** at TCI about the damages via text, he told me to pay my invoice, and he will reimburse me for the damages. I paid the invoice, and they changed their tone very quickly. TCI fabricated a bill of lading, which is fraud, and forged my signature onto it. They stated the damage was there before they picked up the car. They tricked me into paying the bill, and refused to reimburse me for the damages on my car. I am taken back by the poor business ethics, and the fraudulent and forged documents that they fabricated.

    The customer attempted to do a fraudulent damage claim, which was prevented. Drivers inspect and take pictures prior to loading the vehicles and once they are off loaded. The damage that the customer is bringing up is visible in the picture prior to the vehicle being loaded. His claim is denied.

    The transaction date: 02/29/24 Delivery ************ Order ID: ******** ************ was found through Shiply where we were looking for a car transport company to transport our car from ** to *****. Once we accepted their quote and paid the down payment we received a call the same day and we told the car would be picked up the next day 03/01 or 03/02. Those days passed and we never heard from anyone. Then we messaged them online and they said they are just finding a driver shouldnt be long. Their listing also said cars would be picked up within 5 days and that turned into 2 weeks and they never picked up the car. They just kept saying be patient since you got a budget quote we are having trouble finding a driver. Mean while no where in their listing is there anything stating that it was a low budget quote and that it would cause issues. They kept trying to ask for more money to see is it would attract drivers. Almost like they are running a click and bait scheme. We had already paid a down payment of $173 and the quote was for $858. Then we decided to cancel the transaction with them because they did not delivery on any promises a rep told us he spoke to him manager and the refund will be sent within 20 minutes. A whole day pass and we call them again and this rep tells us we have to go to the third party shiply for the refund. So we were lied to by them again. Also when speaking to them the manager begged us not to leave any bad reviews because it wasnt their fault, but they were the ones who listed a low quote just to entice and then give you a hard time. Its been 2 weeks and still no car. Will have to start process over and now arguing with another company to get my money back. ************ is not trustworthy and their business practices are very malicious and deceptive.Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They are still saying the same information that it was a budget quote which was not stated anywhere in the advertisement. Still this company would not admit fault and will continue to do this to the next person. We were never made aware this was a budget quote until we had spoken to them on the phone a few times and after we had already paid the down payment. They were having trouble looking for a driver who would accept that amount because they posted a low quote just to have us click their ad. Then try to convince us to pay more to find a driver. Stop trying to gaslight your customers and stop committing a disservice to your customers. You lied and tried to scam us and now want no consequences. Even begging to not post a bad review. Fix your advertisement and stop trying to scam people.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The real issue is you deceiving customers with your ad. I dont want any credit as there is no way I will be using you for anything. What I do want is for you to reword your advertisement and explain that if its a budget quote it would be different. People should not have to find this out after a down payment has been made. I would also like proof that the changes were made and then that would satisfy our situation. I dont want you deceiving anyone else.

    I had a less than stellar experience with TCI logistics.The owner ********** and the broker he hired Strada Cargo LLC.The driver was terrible at communicating. I paid for enclosed shipping and my bike showed up on the back of a pick up truck. I was mislead thinking it was going to be enclosed. Next, the driver continuously delayed and didnt show up until 10PM to deliver my bike.Lastly, after quick inspection I noticed there was damage to the bike. The bill of lading report showed the bike was in perfect condition. The driver was very incompetent and unprofessional. I had to request assistance from my friend and neighbor to unload the ************ stay away.

    We are very sorry to hear about the negative experience you had shipping with us. We do specialized in enclosed motorcycle shipping, however, very seldom a damage does occur. At that point it is important that you have hired **************** in order to make sure you are reimbursed. In this particular case, the customer was paid out the total cost with cash at the time of delivery ($1,200) . We strive to prevent damages as much as possible, but when you ship thousands of cars and bikes on monthly basis, hiccups naturally happen.

    I paid $1580.00 for TCI Logistic (broker ****** ******* to transport my vehicle to *************. I was promised that my car would be delivered between the July 22nd-23rd. The original pick up date for my car was July 16th, but they asked if they could take it a day sooner which was July 15th, to assure my delivery date would be July 22nd. I arrived in ** on July 22nd and called the driver to check on my car. The driver just gave me the run around and was very rude, they asked if I wanted to come to LA to pick my car up after they told me they truck broke down. The driver then told me my vehicle would get to me on July 29th. Once I spoke to the broker (****** about the issue he offered to give me a refund of $100.00, but stated he not sure if that would help me. He stated that trucking business is unpredictable and that's just how it goes. He became very short and rude and stop taking my calls concerning the status of my vehicle over the weekend. On 7-25-22, my car arrived and I called Kaleb and asked him about the $100.00 that he said he would refund, and he replied he has no incentive to give me anything back because I started a report. I asked for another point of contact and he said he was going to block my number and he did. The only office number that I have ************** Kaleb answered and I requested to speak with someone else and he put me on a hold and never returned to the line, no one ever answered. I had to spend additional funds on Uber, renting a car, and ordering groceries.

    We are sorry to hear about this negative experience.

    All delivery dates are estimated within 2 days due to potential delays on cross country moves as this one. In this particular case, the vehicle was delivered on Monday first thing in the morning instead of Saturday afternoon, as the customer mentioned she was well informed ahead of time about the delay. In rare cases, trucks do have issues on the road which could result in a slight delay. We have 7 people in the office taking calls at every moment, the customer could reach out to us at any point to discuss this matter with someone besides Kaleb.
