    I purchased an EcoTools Bristle Bath Brush from Target and everything was fine up until about 3 weeks into using it. I noticed that it began to get a black mildew on the wood. I did everything I could to clean it and get rid of the mildew and mold, but nothing worked. I tried bleaching it and putting peroxide on it, but it continues to stay. I rinsed this brush really well after every single use, so I don't think this should be happening but it is. I contacted Ecotools through their website message system and I received an email saying there was nothing they could do to help. I even asked them to send a replacement but I got no response. Thank you for taking time to address my complaint.

    On January 12, 2023, I bought a Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge at ******* for $5.47. I used the sponge only 2 times, yet the first time I washed it (very gently, I might add) pieces shredded off of it. I had my receipt, but I had discarded the package since I hadnt expected I would need to return the item. Because I dont have the package, returning the defective sponge to ******* was not an option since they dont have a barcode to scan. On January 16, just 4 days after purchasing the sponge, I wrote to Real Techniques asking that they send me a replacement or refund. They replied, informing me that they dont provide customers with refunds or replacements, saying my only option was to return it to the store. I replied, reminding them returning the defective sponge to ******* was NOT an option for me since I didnt have the packaging anymore. After emailing back-and-forth with Real Techniques for several days with no luck, I wrote saying that if I wasnt provided a replacement, refund, voucher, or a comparable option, I would write a bad review for the sponge and publicly share about my negative experience. In response to this email, a representative wrote saying that she would escalate/elevate my request and that I would hear from someone within 13 days. When +3 days passed, I wrote again, and someone replied, again reassuring me that someone would contact me within 1-3 days. That was over 3 weeks ago, and I never heard from anyone. I have all emails if you need to see them. Thanks!

    Upon using their miserable product #****A (loofah on a stick) only three times, the loofah head came completely OFF! I went on their website and saw a TON of other complaints about this same product. 25 reviews were negative on it; like 5 were okay with it. And this miserable company had the gall to say that I had to take it back to the retailer for an exchange and that they would not send me out a replacement product! What kind of nonsense is THAT? Hello? It's not the retailer's fault that the quality is clearly INFERIOR! I already know that Target and ULTA insist on having a receipt, and this was given to me by someone. I'm not going to go to that person and ask for a receipt. How ridiculous! What kind of wretched company would not immediately send out a replacement (though I asked for the brush and not this horrible loofah thing!) when I told them I would be sending them photos of the item!?!? First, I called them on July 20 PLUS I emailed them from their site that same day, and no response. I had to email them again today just to find out why I was not even responded to over 24 hours ago. A very questionable company that needs to be put OUT of business!
