    To start with this Gym is a health hazard violating multiple regulations, there is 500 LB equipment in the middle of the entrance of the gym , in the middle of the hallways , and in the bathrooms . This gym has been under construction for months with no progress or proper maintenance, they DIY everything they dont contract any certified professional to repair anything and Im not even sure if they acquire the proper permits to perform maintenance on the property. The staff there is very rude and has tried fighting members on the job . The upstairs pipes are leaking with a strong odor of mold and urine . They dont use any disinfectant to properly clean the gym there was an instance where a member contracted a STD from using a machine . Management knows all of this information and does nothing .

    This member has signed a 12 month contract with this business. Everything in this complaint is false and is creating a false narrative about the gym and its staff. There is no equipment in front of any entrance, bathroom or hallway. The gym is not under any construction and if there was construction done the proper permits were obtained through the city/village. All of the statements made in the complaint are assumptions with zero factual evidence behind them. There is no odor of mold from piping or leaking. The picture the complainant provided is simply a drop of condensation sitting on a pipe. We have disinfectant stations all over the gym to wipe down machines and the fact this person is saying someone contracted a sexually transmitted disease from one of the machines is quite ridiculous. From what is seen in the complaint it seems that because the member is not getting their way they are now referring to defamation of the staff, the owner, and the gym in general. The staff has not tried confronting anyone physically nor do they have issues with other members as this complaint has stated. Its honestly quite ridiculous that we have to respond to such an obviously spiteful complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because:  

    It is funny to me that I am still being addressed as a member when I was kicked out by the owner ****** **** because he could not hold back his feelings and decided to retaliate against me and confront me very aggressively and unprofessionally because of my complaint to the BBB , when thats what these platforms are for , for bad business owners like him . If Im lying then I guess the handful of people who also have the same to say are too , no factual evidence? So theres not construction equipment just sitting around the gym ?if I am not welcomed at the gym why am I still a member? Why hasnt my membership been revoked ? The honest truth is this gym is crappy no cleanliness , under construction for the last what looks like a year , smells of mold and gas all over the upstairs gym , and horrible customer service treating customers who in fact actually support the owners lively hood like he says and puts food on his table, what a shame . Get educated and learn how to approach customers because I know he would have never approached me the way he did if I was a man . My time at this gym was 2 months and has resulted this situation . This is not a premier gym .

    We categorically reject the false and defamatory claims made by this individual.


    Her statements are not only factually incorrect, but they appear to be intentionally malicious and designed to damage the reputation of our business and its ownership. We take these types of defamatory allegations seriously and are prepared to pursue all available legal remedies should this behavior continue.


    To clarify the facts: This individual was asked to leave the facility due to ongoing inappropriate conduct toward staff and others. Her behavior was disruptive, and despite multiple attempts to address her concerns respectfully, she continued to act in a confrontational and hostile manner. Her removal from the facility had nothing to do with her BBB complaint, but was solely a result of her violation of our gym policies and code of conduct, which all members agree to upon enrollment.


    The accusations that our facility is unsafe or unsanitary are unsubstantiated and categorically false. We have passed all required inspections, and we maintain strict safety and cleanliness protocols that are documented and enforced daily. Any construction referenced has been part of a clearly communicated renovation plan that has not interfered with safe member access or use.


    Additionally, the accusation that the owner acted inappropriately based on gender is completely baseless and offensive. Our team treats all individuals with respect and professionalism, and we do not tolerate discrimination in any form. We also note that multiple false statements made by the complainant including the suggestion that other members have similar complaints are entirely unverified and appear to be part of a coordinated effort to harm our reputation.


    Let it be stated for the record: defamatory statements, particularly when made in a public forum with the intent to damage a business or individuals reputation, are not protected speech. We are documenting all such communications and will not hesitate to take legal action if these defamatory attacks continue.


    We remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and supportive fitness environment for our members and will continue to act in the best interests of our business, our staff, and our community.
