1 starI have been a customer for this dealership for over 15+ years in which *** purchased at least five brand new vehicles. The sales experience was great Beyond that I would give it a mediocre experience, but this time has been the most horrible experience I purchased a 2024 dodge have owned it for right around 13 months now but over 6 or 7months I havent had nothing but problems with the vehicle even though I was given some options, but things are not. The best experience is not been the best Ive tried to be patient, Im actually driving a dangerous vehicle now I have to plead to get the urgent help I need. I have also asked to speak to someone at the highest level and have the new fuse because I feel the people I have talked to the ones that feel like its not that great appreciation for the custom. I am even though I give you 15+ more years and five vehicles purchase. This is terrible. I would like for the owner to call me since nobody else will tell him.Review fromMike E

1 starBought the vehicle 3 months ago. The buying experience was aggravating. The service department is horrible. Made an appointment to have recalls, a sensor, and a suspension noise looked at on a brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee looked at. Dropped the vehicle off at 10a.m. Friday. I was told it was going to take 3 hours to service it and I would get a call back. The service department closes at 5p.m. At 4:30 I had to call them to check on the status of the truck. The service person told me they were still looking into the recalls and would need the vehicle for another day. Fast forward to Saturday. I call them at 4p.m. to check on the truck because I never got a call back from them. I talked to ****, the manager, only to find out the service department closes at 2p.m. Saturday. He didn't have any answers on the issues with the vehicle. He didn't have a loaner car for me to use. The only answer I got was to leave it until Monday or to pick it up and schedule another appointment. Pick up the truck and will never go back to that dealership again.As far as **** the manager. Horrible. If his job is customer service he needs to be fired. He doesn't care. He was difficult to deal with when I bought the truck. He didn't have any answers and made no attempt to get any on fixing the truck. I will never go back for any reason and will constantly tell people to stay away. Whatever deal you might get on a vehicle is not worth the aggravation of dealing with the people that work there.Review fromArthur B

From the first day my Sales Rep ************************* sat down with me to build and order my 2022 Jeep 4xe online to the last signature when I came to pick it upI had nothing but amazing and professional help and would recommend Gurnee Chrysler Jeep before any other Jeep dealership hands down. It makes a huge difference when a sales rep gives you his personal cell number and says call me ANYTIME! He always picked up or texted back immediately.

CAN I LEAVE ZERO STARS PLEASE?!AVOID THIS DEALSHIP LIKE COVID! Horrible sales team and management! Purchased 2 Jeeps and worst experience ever. Played games with numbers, had to redo paper work few times because of errors or wrong numbers, False promises, lies and left dealership with out a copy of signed documents we finally received few days later on a thumb drive. Look for minor added fees, costs and over prices that change. Make sure they honor internet pricing as they did not for us. AND BEWARE IF THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT!! THEY WILL KILL YOUR CREDIT BY RUNNING IT WAY TO MANY TIIMES EVEN WHEN YOU TOLD THEM 1 SOFT CREDIT PULL NOT 9 HARD PULLS! This dealership is what makes new and used cars have a horrible name. Still trying to get things fixed worked out. Buy at your own risk. This information is not accurate. When you purchase 2 vehicles your credit needs to be ran. Experian states when buying a car they look at multiple inquires as one. This statement can be verified by Experian and others. If a customer wants hard copies of their paperwork, we have no problem doing so. Most customers prefer all their paperwork on a thumb drive. 5 starsCouldn't have asked for better service. My wife and I ordered a new 392. We knew going in that it would be a long process, and it did take almost 5 months, but it was well worth the wait. Our sales person, *******************, was fantastic through every step of the process. He accurately placed the order, kept us updated throughout the long build process, and made the delivery super easy.In addition, it was a complete pleasure to work with everyone at Gurnee Jeep. From the customer service reps, to the sales managers, and yes even our F&I manger. Through the years we've purchased over 50 new vehicles and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had (and there have been some bad ones)Finally, the 392s are selling far over sticker. Never did Gurnee Jeep try to upcharge us. We will be returning customers and refer all our friends to them.
