This company left my home with cut support beams, a flooded basement due to improper sump pump installation, dripping PVC in the plumbing they redid, mismatched siding on a wall they pulled a window from, electrical/wiring problems that were never a problem before, a promise of a warranty and warranty papers that were never received after multiple requests to get the paperwork. A contract was signed for a sump pump with an alarm and battery back up and what was installed had neither of those promised things. The sump pump hole that the company was supposed to clean out was NOT cleaned out and items were found (a screwdriver and multiple fittings etc) in the pump hole. After the pump backed up, my basement was ruined and ******** had to be called to remediate (carpets/baseboards/drywall/a bathroom vanity/tiling was all removed to prevent mold!). My home was left worse than before I hired this company. I had a plumbing inspection and there were MANY items that were not done and very little was actually done to code. The structural integrity of my house is now compromised due to them cutting in to a support beam in my basement. After the sump pump disaster, I have heard almost nothing from the company and when I asked that they send the warranty information, my requests and messages were ignored from that point on. The people who referred this company to us as well as the friend who we referred this company to (unfortunately, I should NOT have referred this company!) have had major issues with the work done as well. There are 3 homes, that I am aware of, that this company has done bad work in and caused more issues for all of the homeowners involved. (They are also submitting separate complaints) I have attached the plumbing inspection but have MANY photos and supporting text messages and contracts that I can submit to support my complaint if needed. I want my money back and for this company to be shut down to prevent future problems for others.

We completed job collected final payment after customer satisfaction. Two weeks later they did have a electrical issue that did not pertain to the work scope it was a seperate issue. The sump pump we installed did fail. Customer opted to not replace the basin that the pump was originally in because of jack hammering up basement and cost. This basin has a rock bedded floor. The sump pump did burn up causing to fail wich is a product warranty which we did replace under warranty. But as far as damages they tried to do a insurance claim through there insurance agency we were made aware by there rep that they denied the sump pump insurance for finished basement they did tell the insurance agent it failed. This would have been covered if they had proper coverage on there home. They became upset when we told them we only did product warranty we cannot be responsible for anything further or then not having proper coverage on there home. Thy told the insurance agent that it was to expensive to have the correct insurance. Beyond that we were paid final check after walk through and 2 punch lists.
