Please read before using DNA. From the first quote ***** was great at talking up DNA we do top quality work then fast talks about edging and taper so they sound like they have done it millions of times. So I decided i would go with there company they sounded great for the deposit I was going to use my card they tried to tell me there was a $450. Service charge so I wrote a check. After that things started going down hill. I was given a rough date and then almost no communication until the day before then as they where working the crew had no idea of what I wanted I had to tell them what I was having done. The driveway crew was great after that. The landscape crew hit my house with there mini bobcat and didnt even say anything. They broke the siding and just threw roofing nails into it and hoped I would not notice. Thankfully I was home. I called ***** he said he would stop by on Saturday. Well Saturday came and went and nothing from him. They came out poured the driveway and started the river rock in my back yard the crew cut a pattern at three feet off the patio when it was supposed to be five, then put a weird point when everything was supposed to be curved so now when I cut my grass I have to mow over rock. ***** came out to inspect the job and said he agreed it doesnt look right and we are low on rock ***** spots where you can see the weed fabric. And by spot I mean 5 plus inches in one spot also there are spots where the weed fabric is sticking up. I believe this is there way to come in lower then the competitors then up charge afterwards. I was told first if I my balance is paid in in full they would fix it balance was paid. And I was told I was short. They were trying to charge me for what they where throwing in to get the job per the salesman. So now that the billing is fixed they want almost $500 more to fix there mistakes. They are not standing behind their work or word of top notch work. Be very careful with this company and get everything in writing if you chose to use them. Now I have to find another company to fix their mistakes since they wont. Also I now need to get my house pressure washed due to all the concrete splatter on the siding. As many times as I have call the office to talk with someone I always get a voicemail you would figure someone would call back, but you have to keep calling so save the cell numbers that calls you. And with my complaints the office personnel should have gotten the owner involved. After the job was completed per there standing I called an asked to speak with the owner so I can review the job with them ***** the salesman answered the phone and said the information on who owns dna is confidential and the owner would not come and look at my yard they where far to busy. After going on about how unhappy I am ***** stated I just wanted free rock . I said I want the Mistakes fixed. ***** stated nothing is broken an the owner will not drop what they are doing to look at the work there company is putting out then he stated he was the owner. If you own a company/ business and wont admit it then your not proud of your company or its work. I doubt my yard would ever be put on a flyer for there company more like a competitive company saying which would you pick. ***** is claiming he will come and look at the work some time next week .. not holding my breath.. it has been two weeks and nothing. They dont stand behind there work and it is not top quality
