Bought a car on March 29,2023 and drive to property approximately 25 miles away. Woke up to drive home and went left property approximately 1 mile check engine light came on. Immediately contacted unique auto sales and informed to bring car back in but they weren’t at shop which was a Sunday morning and informed they did not have a drop box for keys. Drove back to property to leave car. Drove back to property next day ( Monday ) to bring car to Unique auto sales and dropped off with ****. Received call Wednesday that car was fixed which was informed was a e/vap canister was replaced. Picked up car following Saturday. Drove home then drove to work 2 days and check engine light came on again. Contacted unique auto sales immediately talked to **** and she stated to call owner *****. ***** stated “ he would either send a mechanic to Germantown or we could bring car to mechanic we trusted and he would cover the cost “. Car dropped off April 11th at Bergman Automotive. Then received call from owner Tim at Bergman Automotive April 15th that he has fixed car 4 times and everytime he fixes something it breaks again. Informed by certified mechanic Tim that car has been in a flood that we weren’t informed about”. Contacted ***** owner of Unique auto sales about continuous problems with car and informed what mechanic stated and he stated “ it’s been more than 15 days to return car”. Have texted and attempted to contact ***** multiple times about a car that has been in the shop more than it has been driven since it has been purchased and no reply.

About a week after they purchased the vehicle they said the check engine light came on. It ended up being the evap purge valve so we changed that. One of my mechanics test drove the car for about an hour and the check engine light did not come on. We pulled it back in the shop to check it out and everything checked out good. We called the customer back an they came and got it. They called us about 5-6 days later saying the check engine light came back on, and this time it was due to another evap purge valve. They live over 2 1/2 hours away, so we asked if they had a local mechanic they take the car to. I confirmed with them that the car runs and drives fine, but has a check engine light that came on and he wanted to fix it. He called that Sunday while I was at my son's graduation and I told him that if it wasn't an emergency I wanted to get back to my son's graduation. He continued to call me and be rude. He also called that Monday and was very rude and disrespectful and we said we were done trying to help in the situation. The warranty covers internal parts on the engine and transmission, but does not cover anything outside of that. We stand by out product and tried to help in this situation until they became disrespectful.
