    I spent **** dollars cash at this lot at 6:30 pm on feb 1, 2023. Before I even made it to work the next day at 6am I was stranded on the expressway due to safety problems with this car the bottom of the chassis on the car is totally rusted out the strut towers we on the tires which caused two tires to blow out on the expressway almost causing me my life. I had to pay for two tows to get home and deliver them the car back to try and get some compensation for my loss of money and waste of time when they took the car in for two weeks and they told me to come get the car as they only put struts on the front of the car form a junkyard when i procced to go to work the next day the whole car was swaying left and right across the expressway in dangering my life. I took the car to a shop to rack the car up to see what they have done too the car when the shop told me they only bolted some only rusted struts to the front of the car and that the car is a big safety hazard as if i hit a bump or pot hole the car would happen to fall apart. The guys i brought the car from will not return my calls i asked for my money or another car they do not contact me back. I am a full time student and a full time worker due to this car i missed time from school days from work and spending money towing this car back and forth i have not had this car in my possession for 24 hrs before taken the car back on the tow truck

    I spoke with *********************** about purchasing a car from this dealership I came in and looked at a what was supposed to be a **** ******** benz with supposed to have only ****** miles on it I spoke with ***** and asked him for the carfax on the car and he stated he did not have one I asked about all the issues regarding the car and he stated the car just needed a new battery which I agreed was okay and paid **** for the car not even a hour later the car started to smoke extremely bad and I brought the car back to the dealership which when they checked the car if needed a new AC unit put in and other major problems I bought the car on March 15,2022 and they stated they would fix the problem but over a month later and I have yet to hear anything from them I asked since the car was just purchased for them to give me another car at the same price market for the one I paid or to refund me my money due to them not telling me the truth about about the car at this point Im asking for a refund in my money

    Hi my name *************************** I got the car 02/24/22 I payed **** Plus for plates I payed 760 Okay I got the car 02/24/22 I ask was there anything wrong with the car staff member said nothing was wrong with car and they stated it even got a oil change I called and text the staff members on March 1 stating the car was shaking pulling and I got it looked at at another shop they stated take it back were you got it at I text the guy he said come Wednesday No time I went around noon Only to get the man telling us he not there I left but I text he responded Saying he was make an appointment so they can fix the problem I text bck he told me he does not work there anymore cuz the owner was doing people wrg and he tried to help people and he stated he left A few days later I continue texting him he stated go up there in peace cuz alot of people comes up there trya fight them I said ok I went back up there a few days later my tirer was shaking it blew on the highway I went 2 3 shops in ******* ** They told me to return to the place we're u got your car frm cuz the tiers was lock ,I drove to the dealership were I got the car frm asking to speak to the owner they stayed they don't even see the owner and I told them I'm still having car trouble and now I have a busted tire I drove out **** on cuz the tire is lock and they stated go around the corner to the car shop they can take it off after many trying to look at the tires As me asking to speak with the owner again they got mad cuz they kept saying they couldn't contact him and the staff that said he does not work there walked up on us from down the street trying to fight my spouse cuz he was saying he going to call the police saying he got people will pull up on him to fight him And I again ask for the boss Nothing so I left cause I had my 5 kids in the car I been calling all numbers on the site they all disconnected March 28,the car stop on 72 between State and Wabash 4/03/22 I was told the timing change and engine

    I purchased a used car for $5,200.00 from them on March 3,2022 was told by more than one employee that the vehicle had no problems with it and was working properly. Next day I need a jump so mechanic saw that the wires in the battery port wasnt connected correctly on the battery so it wasnt getting full power to car once it was hooked on correctly the check engine light came on and now its more than a $1,000 of work that needs to be done on the car. These men are selling bad cars to hard working people and its not fair.
