- We will make your mattress firmer or softer one time, at no cost to you, except for any additional material added to accomplish this if necessary. This is valid for up to 1 years of invoice date. This applies to any Sterling built mattress. Pick up and re-delivery fee is $49.95 minimum charge within 20 miles, greater than 20 mile up to 50 miles add $1.00 per mile after 20 miles.Greater than 50 miles, fee is at our discretion. If you drop it off and pick it up delivery fee is not charged. Adjustable beds and mattresses are non-refundable, due to sanitation.
