I hired them to lay a patio, the first time the work crew came out, they splashed paint across the bottom part of the house, they dumped concrete mixture behind my yard, instead of disposing of it properly, 3 or 4 of the steps where lopsided. When I informed the owner about it, he eventually sent out another crew, the stairs were adjusted and smoothed out, they did not get the paint off my house, they only made it look worse and on the side of the steps of the patio, the patio was corrected. Now 2 years later (I am still under warranty) I am having issues with a chunk of concrete missing or deteriorating, I call the business, and the owner showed up when I was not home and text me and told he took care of the issues with out even discussing it with me, which I feel as though he did this on purpose so that he would not have to see me. When my husband and I got home, we noticed he only repaired the crack, but the other issues where not fixed.

Trayc, I texted you and sent you a calendar reminder stating when I was going to be there.  Also, you complained that you reached out to us and we never got back to you.  You have my card with my cell phone number and I never heard from you.  The reason your patio cracked is because of your neglect.  It was obvious that whoever takes care of your yard had used a string trimmer around the patio and had removed the rock that was supporting the patio to such an extend that I could fit 1/2 of my hand under the concrete.  When I initially came out to look at your issues, I informed you of this and when I came back to repair the crack,  the dirt back fill was still not done.  As we discussed, I apologize I missed the piece that was broken off but I have been back since and have repaired that for you.

We installed this patio 3 years ago.  Your warranty is 1 year as your contract states.  You reached out to us 3 years after the patio was installed and we still came out to address your issues.

We hired them 2 months ago, and they gave us a 1 year warranty. They did our job without a permit. We have received a letter from the ******** ****. Now that it is done, it is cracking. They patched it but it continues to crack.

This is an ongoing matter that we are trying to work with the customer to resolve.  The cracks that occur are surface cracks and not structural.  We have been patching the cracks as per the agreement that the customer signed.  The permit issue was a misunderstanding and has been resolved.  The city inspector had come and inspected the drive and also made the comment that " all concrete cracks".  However, this is not what the customer wants to hear.  As I explained to the customer, in the fall when we have more suitable weather, I will do an overlay of the concrete to take care of the surface cracks. I have been responsive to the customer despite the verbal and physical attacks by the customer.  I am working hard to resolve the issue
