I am rejecting this response because: TBF Financial failed to provide original contract showing my signature. Communicating with an attorney does not validate an alleged debt. Also, TBF Financial is in violation of my privacy as they are a third party I never did personally did business with and I never gave them permission to publicly use or post my personal information on any credit report. My next move is to the FTC.

I am rejecting this response because:
Fair credit reporting act: 15 usc ****g (c) in summary states just because i was contacted by an attorney and did not dispute, it does not make it admission of guilt.
Fair credit reporting act 15 usc ************************************************* to opt of my personal Information being posted.
Under the ***** you must provide me;
1. assignment of the debt to your company from the original creditor to prove ownership. This must include the purchase amount of the debt.
2. original dated signature of original contract
3. My dated signature on a contract issued by TBF Financial.
You cant provide any of these because I never did business with TBF Financial. If you could, they would have been attached in your responses to me. You are failing to validate a debt at this present time. You are in violation of the Fair credit reporting act. I never gave TBF Financial the right to post on my credit report, therefore giving me no way to opt out.
I demand the collection be removed from my credit report effective immediately or face action from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

Your company is in violation of FCRA and FDCPA LAWS. I demand removal of any reporting to any/all ************************* in the next 15 days. TBF has no record of receiving any police reports. There have been claims made, but TBF has validated this debt. This is also a commercial claim, The **** and FDCPA you cite protects consumers and does not apply here. On or about 3/28/2023 TBF Financial LLC was contacted via certified mail **** **** **** ***** **** with an notarized affidavit to verify the alleged debt listed on my credit report. As of 4/7/2023 H********393734333938H LLC has yet to respond to the written request of alleged debt.A complaint has also been filed with the consumer financial protection bureau but the listed name and address does not show in their records which is an error.Business response

A loan was taken out under my company name fraudulently and was not discovered until recently when it was reported to my personal credit report. After reaching out to the company, TBF Financial, to determine the specifics, it appears that even the information provided is not accurate or notarized, yet the company is refusing to remove it from my credit report. When we requested ********************* from TBF Financial to provide the information to prove the loan's legitimacy, we only received the document attached to this complaint and then nothing further was provided.This is a fraudulent loan and I didn't receive any such funds. Its clear that TBF Financial is complicit in these fraudulent loan scams as there are several complaints of a similar nature here on BBB against TBF Financial.The documentation provided clearly shows the inaccuracies. I have tried to dispute with the credit reporting agencies directly without success either.I also enlisted a credit repair agency to work to resolve this matter for several months without any resolution.This is negatively impacting my personal credit and has destroyed my credit score and is creating a lot of problems for me and I need this removed from my credit immediately. This is affecting my ability to apply for any type of loan and has ruined me and my family financially.Business response

**************** - You first contacted TBF in 2020. TBF responded with a copy of the loan. No response followed until recently. TBF and I did thorough due diligence. In response, I left voice messages, but have not received a return call. While you are claiming that you did not receive these funds, the collector's notes confirm correspondence and conversations from the same email and phone number that you still currently utilize. Plus, many payments were made on this loan. TBF would be happy to discuss this matter further should you want to contact our offices.
