    December 15 I was shopping around for insurance and I submitted my application to Illinois insurance center. I got a call right away and I was assisted right away but since then I have received 42 phone calls from this company and they wont stop Ive told multiple workers That Ive already been helped and to please take me off your call list and still to this day. I am getting phone calls. This is harassment on a whole other level.

    Good morning, we have reviewed this account and unfortunately it is not someone that we have in our system.  We looked up by name and phone number and we do not show any record of servicing this customer.  We believe she has our ********************** mixed up with another location because we are not a Healthcare Provider.  From her Caller ID Screens that she submitted - these are not any of our phone numbers ******************-312-6339; nor ************) and all say Healthcare.  Therefore, we are not the Company that she claims has been calling and harassing her with the overload of phone calls.  

    If you can please look further into this and remove from our records.  That would greatly be appreciated.

    My insurance was cancelled for non-payment .When I had payed $150.00 out of $300 plus . because my check was of $450. 00 and I didn't have enough to make the full payment. I was sent a text yesterday 12/12/2024 that I needed to call because my insurance would be cancelled . I called this morning and they said it was cancelled yesterday. So I was driving home without coverage without even knowing it. There was no reason to cancel me,as I was making effort to pay under the circumstances. I haven't even mis a months payment.

    Our office contacted ******* ******* by telephone. We were able to work out a payment plan with her to her satisfaction. We're unsure why she filed a complaint against us as we would have been happy to work with her to resolve any issues. We ask that this complaint not be recorded since we were not afforded any opportunity to resolve the issue before filing the complaint. Thank you.

    My car cant run so I cancelled liability insurance. When I did ******* threatened me that they wont insure me again because I would get 1 month refund. I told her a Charity paid it when it was paid & at time requesting refund. I told her to mail me the check & confirmed my address. ******* threatened me. They did not mail my refund. I asked why. I am refused my refund.

    April 11, 2022 I had full coverage on my car when a deer ran out and made hard contact with my vehicle. The police were called and later on the car was toad to my home. I called Illinois Insurance, also known as ******** Freedom Insurance. I was told that my car accident was under investagtion and I don't know why. This lasted for over five to six months, with them ending it with they can give me $250 for my car. I send pitchers and emails and phone calls on a regular to see what was going on with my claim. I had a lady speak rudely to me and said go ahead and turn it into BBB.My claim number was Il272855 with ******* ex **** with no last name.I also talked with *******, and ***. The number I have for this company is **********. I will try to send you all the emails I have and we can talk about the phone calls and whatever else you need from me. I just want another car or enough money to put down on another because I still pay others to get to and from work and the doctor's *********** I have been without a car science this happened and don't have a way around. I would like you guys to help me in any way you can because I know this same thing happened to my friend who still hasn't gotten anything from them either. Once this happened I found out that I had two different insurance companies for my full coverage. They also refuse a rental car for my when I was paying for that with my full coverage but was told that I only have rent a car reimbursement I had to pay and they only give me a little back after the claim was over. I am glad I didn't do that I would've been out of a lot of money. I asked why I couldn't get paid I was told that my car was only worth ***** ? according to the blue book due to my mileage, but no one even asked what it was. The blue book for a Cadillac 2015 CTS I can't really say because the car wont turn on no more due to the accident. So when the adjuster came out we were unable to get that, but she did state that my car was totaled and that the insurance company should replace it because i had full coverage and that this company is bad about paying out.

    I am rejecting this response because:I disagree with this statement  letter. I was paying my money to Illinois Insurance and had no knowledge of me having two different insurance companies.  All I knew up until my claim was that I had full coverage on my vehicle though Illinois insurance. The statement that ******* Freedom is waiting on me to send something is not a true statement.  They haven't tried to reach out to me at all. They had already ask me to take an offer of $250 . For a full coverage total vehicle that needs repairs or replace because it doesn't starts at all and all beat up in which I have. Sent you pictures of already. 
    To my concern they both need to be turned in. Especially Freedom Insurance which was run under Illinois insurance policy in which I paid my monthly premium to.
