On April 25th, I pulled into Fuller's Carwash in ********, **. I found the insert was down that collects my money, and the Carwash instructions were down. Once I came upon the entrance where I put my left tires on the tracts, a young lady was standing there trying to tell me when and if the tires were on the tracts. (She failed to inform me that the tires were on the tracts and there were no other signs there telling either.) Then my car started skidding and twisting and turning to the right, and started feeling like it's moving off the tract. I yelled out to her "what's going on!" She only stared at me as though she didn't hear me and then another man came next to her and called out to me, "Put your car in neutral!" When I did that, the car continued to skid. The young lady still standing there saying nothing! Then I continued to yell out "It's still skidding!" Then the man yelled out "Take your foot off the brake!" When I took my foot of the break, I felt a small thump as if my tire went over something or got back on the tract, moved forward slowly while my window was still down, and went through without them letting me know anything else. The water even almost got inside my car. Then, once it went through, my wheel alignment was off and my breaks felt week. I then called their headquarters and spoke to a lady named *****. She told me to go back there, but the Manager was gone. Then I contact the Manager named ***, finally on the 27th. I told him what happened. He gave me the Headquarters in ******** number. I got 2 quotes. One from the Dealership, and sent it off to all Mangers and Owners of ********, ********, and **********, finding put that the Owner was actually in the same place was ***** was, and sent off quotes to those places and getting a final quote where my insurance sent me for ****** as of 5-18-23, and would like for them to pay this back. It was found that the Wheel Alignment was knocked out of place. Paperwork was faxed to all facilities.
