      My husband and I ordered siding and metal roofing to be used as accent siding on our house. We went in to pick out the colors ********** building supply in ********, **). The salesperson was not in but I wrote down the colors for the manager(?). The siding came first and when it did, there were parts of the order that were wrong so my husband had to go get the right materials from them.The metal originally ordered should have been Charcoal Metal Roofing. Once my husband realized it had seams, he had them change it, which changed the color slightly. We were charged on April 28th for the entire order without checking it first.When the order came, it was galvanized (nothing special order about galvanized) so he sent the shipment back. Today, the company said they would only give us a discount on the material. Attached are a few text messages that I found stating that 1)they failed to provide the correct material initially, with the siding; 2)the colors chosen, which I wrote on a post-it to the business and 3)the confusion on their end with multiple people helping us.
