    BEWARE of **** and the company he currently operates under, Illiana ************************************************ I hired him in April 2024 to replace my sump pump, back up battery, and dig a trench in my yard for my sump pump runoff. He not only left the trench unfinished but actually stole my back up battery! Then he cut off all communication with me when I inquired when he would be finishing the work and replacing the battery. I had to hire 2 additional plumbing companies to replace my battery and finish the trench. Even my new plumber commented that **** was not well versed in this kind of work. This experience has been a total nightmare for myself and my family. People like **** should not be allowed to have business licenses and enter peoples homes. I hope that this review is helpful to someone considering hiring him. I would not want this to happen to anyone else and for them to go through what I have been through.

    I contracted Suburban Plumbing & Sewer Services also know as *********************************************** to repair a portion of the sewer in my home. The work was began on Wednesday, 06/22/2022. He was suppose to return the next day to place another layer of concrete to smooth the surface, install a door/flap over the cutout in the drywall, remove the debris (rocks and plastic), clean the area, move and reconnect my washer and dryer. He texted to say he was running behind, then later texted again saying he was very dirty and asked to reschedule for the next day, Friday, 06/23/2022. No word from him on Friday, 06/23/2022 despite sending a text. I sent a text on Sunday, 06/25/2022 asking that the work be finalized by Tuesday because I had an electrician coming to do some work on Wednesday. He responded that he broke is finger the Thursday before but said he can come over by Tuesday, 06/27/2022. Tuesday afternoon, he texted saying he has been busy playing catch up and asked what time the electrician was coming on Wednesday. I told him 8:30 am and he said he had a doctor's *********** Wednesday morning at 8:45 and he would come complete the work after his ***********. Wednesday was a no show with no call or text. He then scheduled for today, Friday 07/01/2022, with "I can be by 100% tomorrow at 11." He did no show today, with no call or text and he did not respond to my numerous text and phone. The **** was paid in full 06/27/2022 and I have requested the final invoice outlining the guarantee on the work.
