We have a sprinkler system already in place. BM charged ****** t0 have the pipe replaced that connects the house to the sprinkler system. They blow out the water and remove it. We put it in the closet. We had a new sprinkler person to reconnect it. He said it was broken that we had to purchase a new one. It was under warranty. Called bass fifty times if not more. They gave us the run around for over a year and a half. They said had the part and was going to replace it. They scheduled time to come out. That we did at least three times. They said the guy who put it in should not have. Bass fired him? They scheduled times to come and put it in. Never showed up. Then all we talked to is the emergency service during the day. Left 25 messages at least. We told the service operator to refund our 600 dollars forget about pipe. That went nowhere. Still calling no response.
