    I purchased a lightly used vehicle from their dealer with low miles, only for it to not start the next morning after purchasing it. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service all throughout the test drive and sale of the vehicle, and once I signed agreeing to the price on the vehicle I felt deserted for the rest of two hours that it took for finance to finish everything. Dealer failed to ailing the vehicle prior to me leaving with it, as they guaranteed they would. The dealer was extremely unprofessional the next day as well when I was attempting to get in touch with a manager to see how it would be handled that my vehicle did not start not even 24 hours into owning it. I called every hour since the store opened for an update, and around the 4th time calling I was told by store staff to stop calling or they wouldn't do anything at all about fixing the vehicle. It took until almost 1700 in the afternoon, with calling them at ********************************* to finally get a hold of someone who was willing to help me. No one reached out from the store and I had to persistently call the store until reaching that individual. I am extremely displeased in every facet of how this dealer operates.

    Found a vehicle online that I wanted to make the trip to go see. Called a half hour before they closed on a Friday to make sure they still had the vehicle before making the trip first thing Saturday morning. Salesman called back 5 min before they closed Fri and told me they sold it but they have a ton of other vehicles just like it to come check out. Seems like such a bait and switch. Not sure the vehicle even exists. Tried calling again Saturday morning and just got the runaround that it's available and to come in and check it out.

    Bait and Switch I live Out of State and tried to get an out the door price before I made a trip out to *******. When I called I spoke with an ***** who explained their policy that negations are only done in person, so I asked if I fly out tonight or tomorrow you can negotiate price and he said YES - and closed me on an appointment for that following monday. Excited about the opportunity I took a red eye flight out and got in Sat morning- Huntley Ford is a west ******* suburb $75 over ride and a $125 hotel later I arrive on Sat. Morning. I had called back that Friday night to let ***** know I would be arriving early but he was out and another person changed my appointment. When I arrived there was no **** but I was helped by another sales Person - he let me test drive the vehicle and I was ready to buy- I had pre-approved NFcU check for up to 62k, additionally a credit score on the800s and the means to pay cash if their was a deal. The sales person asked me qualifying questions and told me that there will be no movement on price. I once again explained of that was told to me upfront when I called I would not have made the trip. He spoke to his manager- They still did not take a nickel off the listing price. No apology from a manager in hopes to make it right and ***** was no where to be found.I remember ***** saying they have people fly from all over the country to do business here. I definitely wont fall for this approach again. $75 back to the airport.

    Ive been looking a a car they have for months.Trying to get a couple of simple questions answered was like pulling teeth.This waste of time is frustrating, obviously this car is a bait and switch advertising ploy. The only way they would answer my questions was in person, so I would have to fly in, rent a car and then go through their ringer.The car has a blemish on the Car facts and the wouldnt even let me know what that was.

    Just bought a vehicle from Huntley Ford. There was a sale price and agreed to that sales price. Once the signing all the electronic documents on a small tablet. To which I did agree to a set monthly payment. Once home looking over the flash drive. I see the sale price disappeared. Upsell of $2500.00. I did agree to the extra warranty. So they really made out on the bait and switch. Asked for trade in offer to which the low balled by $5000.00 from ***** Blue book offer. I did not trade in. Only thing I did make out on was crossing the border the truck was cheaper. Stay far away from this place.

    Be aware- Be knowledgeable- will not negotiate over the phone- serious but fair but came with a True Car price- initial contact- must go in for 1 hour drive Monday- walked out with final $23500 with $3k warranty and dealer financing required after the number -would not take a deposit for us to take look in the day- couple of days/ calls, request us to come back and reiterated do not want to one back with cost higher- again walked out $27000 with dealer financing required as deal needed to make it worth it for them, had a counter offer from another dealer $2k off - willing to meet at another location to discuss as through BBB found another location for owners- no go and not allowed to speak with sales director - except go back to Huntley

    Absolutely terrible service. I was a customer calling from out of the area and they continued to lie and treat me like a complete idiot. I have never had a experience with a dealership like this ever. I suggest to everyone to steer clear of this dealership.

    This place has a great selection and seems to care what the customer thinks. ***** was my salesman and did a great job helping me get the car I wanted reasonably
