      Purchased a hospital bed for my disabled aunt from Journey and health, they told me it would be delivered via white glove service which meant they would assemble the bed. When the bed arrived, the delivery driver refused to assemble the bed unless they gave them 50 dollars. I wasnt home but was furious and immediately called journey and health. They called my aunt and had her give the phone to the delivery driver to which he agreed not to charge them but as soon he hung up the phone he refused to leave unless she gave him the 50 dollars. There is a special place in h*** for people who try to scam the elderly.

      I bought a bookcase from World Market. It was marked as delivered by Seko. I immediately went out side to bring my products in and to my surprise nothing has been delivered. We had received over 2 feet of snow that day, and there were no tire tracks into my drive way either, my drive way was also very well plowed. When I contacted World Market, they advised I had to file a police report in order to get a refund. I contacted the Sheriff and they advised that I can not file something as stolen that had never been in my possion and that World Market is to refund. When trying to reach out to Seko - they have hung up on me several times. Seko also does not respond to messages from World Market. Between World Market and Seko - they have a serious scam going.

      This service is horrible, I called to have my packaged delivered and they was govem a time between 11am and 3pm. Waited all day, called again and the package was delayed another week. When I called to ask why, the over the phone service **** said that, I was would never be given a time window like that because they usually do deliveries in four hours.

      Worst delivery company on the planet!!!! Placed an order for a TV on 2/4/22 for delivery date of 2/14/22. Did not receive TV on delivery date. I called customer service and was told TV never left shipping warehouse. Then I was given new delivery date of 2/18/22 which was changed again to 2/21/22. ***NEW UPDATE 2/22/22*** someone needs to address these issues from reading the reviews this is a continuous problem!!!!
