got my teeth pulled and temporary dentures. I went back to have the bottom fixed because they hurt and and the set was so big I couldn't close my mouth. The lady took them, did some work and called in the next person even though nothing changed with how they fit. Went in for permanent impressions TWICE. During the first impressions, I told the dentist they looked like horse teeth. He laughed and said "SAY WILBUR!!". After he called and apologized and asked for another chance, I went back. The second IMPRESSION felt good. I had to wait in town 6 hours to go back to get the final teeth. They felt nothing like the impression. They didn't touch the roof of my mouth on one side. Lady got the dentist. He came in and told her to pull the top out. He told me he heard suction so he knew they fit right and that I can't tell if they touch or not. I told him I can feel if something is touching my gum or not. He said he had 24 years experience and knows better. I asked how he would know if he doesn't have false teeth. He told the nurse to take me up front and refund ONLY my permanent set that I didn't get. As I was walking up he yelled "WILBUR!!" WHERE 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS COULD HEAR. So I've paid $2400 to get teeth pulled and a temp set in which they NEVER got the bottoms to where I could wear them. So, next step is reporting his conduct to BBB, verbal assault and charges for a service of Temp teeth, he never got to fit.
